This hotel has a very low cost-performance ratio. The holiday price is not cheap, but the hardware facilities are very old and the service is really bad. The employees have no sense of service, and the breakfast is also very simple. The most important thing is that families with children should pay extra attention. There was a very large spider in our room, which made my child sick, and there was also a very large gecko in the room. We understand that the hotel is in a natural environment, but if these animals are in the room, it means that the housekeeping department did not check the room carefully when checking it. In response to this, the hotel did not ask my child if he felt better. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel

The man at the Ao Prao Pier is very rude and when i asked question and he was not helpful, is a very bad start of the trip. another bad thing was we could not take the shuttle boat from the hotel straight to Ban Phe Pier due to the high tides, i spend more 30 min for the trip. i got hurt because of the door edge of the shower room. i told the reception about that, but the lady was busy with her private video chat with friend and not putting down the phone and help. i dont think their service is equal to their price range.
the beach and the surrounding environment is good, but they dont need the motorbike to go down and need to walk about 10 mins for a way from the motorbike parking to the hotel. the hotel is expecting you to use the taxi for in and out, which is not quite convenience. they have different water sport, but they charge one by one, even the life jacket.

My first visit to Thailand, and spend a few days in Kho Samet. The Hotel was very good, the room was spacious. The food for breakfast was quite good as well. is a little away from other places more active and with more resorts around, but some distance is to my liking, and there's a really nice away bar nearby. was all in all a positive experience.

We rented a room for 1 night at the hotel. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. After check-out, you can use the beach and toilet, take a shower outside. Very good impressions. Beautiful, well-kept territory, clean rooms. The room has good lighting, hard mattresses, good pressure in the shower. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, cotton swabs, cap, 2 towels per person: small and large.
Delicious breakfasts are included, they give you a paper bracelet. According to the menu in the restaurant, the prices for Thai cuisine are adequate: tom yum 150 baht, rice 25 baht, vegetable salad with cashews 120 baht. In the evening, tables are laid on the beach.
Sun loungers are included in the price, beach towels can be taken at the reception by saying the room number. Not all beaches in Samet include sunbeds in the price
In the evening there is a fire show at 21:00, from 21:30 to 24:00 there is a disco.

Perfect place for its price👍 we had a standard family room, the windows overlooked the kitchen 🥲 but the territory itself, the hotel, the service are all top notch 👍. From the pier 200 baht there were 4 of us, but if you go as a couple also 200 baht by tuk tuk. The beach is rocky in places, there were waves at the end of March these days.

The rooms at Koh Samet Beach Resort are clean, spacious, and brightly lit; the facilities are quite complete. If the water heater breaks down or the air conditioner drips during the process, they will deal with it as soon as possible. The hot water is very hot, the hair dryer is very powerful, the bed is large and comfortable, the balcony is very spacious, and the overall environment is very relaxing.
The geographical environment is very good, you can rent a car right across the street, 100B/H; 300B/1D. It shouldn't take five minutes to get to the pier, and it shouldn't take 10 minutes to get to the lively center. It's a very convenient place.
There is a beach right outside the resort. The beach is very beautiful and the water is very clear. I read in the previous reviews that I had to be careful of sea urchins. The time we went was not the season for sea urchins, so there were no sea urchins. Only sea squirts, which look like jellyfish, are stranded. They are fragile and not poisonous, but they are good for the earth. Please respect their existence and avoid harming them.
The service staff are very kind and enthusiastic. Since we stayed for 12 nights, we were worried that we would be tired of breakfast, so they asked us from time to time if we wanted any other breakfast. But in fact, their breakfast only included water, guava juice, fresh milk, chocolate cereal, toast, cream and jam. , white rice, pork porridge, and salad are fixed, other dishes will change every day, and sometimes fried noodles are available. Finally, I am very grateful to the resort for the 12 nights of hospitality🥰. I will go there again next time!

Very cool hotel. Plus at the price is very even nothing. There's a pool, the truth of the claw has such a sea, you don't think about the pool. Breakfast is very delicious. Cleaning every day. Clean when you move in, cozy, balcony and clothes dryer. It's not clear when they clean. They didn't clean our place: they put water by the door and that's it.
We couldn't use the tropical shower because the plumbing was leaking. They came to fix it - it didn't help.

Midweek break with 2 friends on Koh Samet: resort location is ideal, 5 mins by foot from island's main town, on the beach, for ppl in need of a little more liveliness. Deluxe Cottage was a bit dated, good amenities but furnishings are limited, electric sockets were not stable (type C falls out), no aircon in the bathroom. Walking distance to main beach(club) is rather far (5-10 mins). Generally the whole 'Deluxe' section of resort seems to be given less attention, which the restaurant closed and the pool sparsely tended, but is also much more quiet and peaceful in mornings and evenings. The main section, on Sai Kaew beach, is better furnished and closer to the reception and restaurants. The resort is generally pleasant, well maintained with a large staff that is well trained, very friendly and helpful. Pickup service by boat and jeep taxi went well, however, staff loading luggage on the ferry are not very careful (left my suitcase with high value items stacked high on the deck with risk of falling into the water!!). Beachclub is the best on this beach and very comfortable, great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and attentive, but when busy, tend to randomly forget orders (or take very long +30 mins to bring a single cola). Minor inconveniences in paradise... Overall, amazing resort, decent rooms, great service and 10/10 would return again.

BBingorA very small but natural resort with only 25 bungalow type rooms. Some detached some twins. Room Interiors are modern and clean. No catering service at this venue yet restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. But the great advantage is it's privacy with direct outlet to the sea for coral snorkeling and Sunrise Beach . Walking to the famous Sai Kaew Beach is just a few minutes walk. Free Wifi coverage is thru out the entire venue including the seaside. The owner and her members are very nice and friendly. Discount coupons of some restaurants on Sai Kaew Beach are available at front desk on request. Room cleaning only available for before 11.00 am. Check out before 11.30 am. Some rooms are too far from Seaside and some are too hidden. The bests are #1 to 4, 8 to 11. We stay at #2 was excellent. To and fro the Main Pier is easy by Public Transport for just few minutes drive. If you have heavy luggage, hotel has tricycle to pick up at or deliver to Public Transport Stop.

SStreltcovaI was so lucky to get a promo price for this hotel. It's right on the beach and you can relax without going somewhere else. Not large was the room but pretty cozy. The hotel had a restaurant and bar by the beach, and cocktails were exceptional there. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices, both Western and Asian. I would definitely love to stay there again.

MMan kitThe hotel has an Elephant Cafe near the pier, which can arrange speedboats and parking for 500 baht per person. After arriving at the pier, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach. There will be music and fireworks shows at night, and the hotel's breakfast is also great. Although the hotel has upper and lower age groups, the facilities are all OK.

The location is convenient, in the center of the beach with white sand and emerald water, a picturesque path 5 minutes from the house to the beach, there is a store, a lot of cafes and restaurants.

LLiddellJThe hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The location is in a quieter area of the island with a few minutes walk from some local restaurants and the local beach. To get to the main pier and the nearby town area, you either need a book a baht bus (Songthaew) from the hotel (which was about 200THB, so only really works in a group) or hire a moped from the hotel (which was about 300THB for a day). It takes about 10mins by moped. The hotel also has a bar which also has food. There are also two swimming pools. Would recommend this place if you want to have a quieter stay on the Island, but still want a place convenient enough to get to the main pier and town area.

MMarinaThe hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.
