We had a great time staying at this hotel,staffs in the restaurant area attentive, i email reservations 1 day before our check in date no response at all! Our amenities wasn’t top up i have to call them, the cup that i used never wash, The place can be a lot more better with proper management no dinner available at this resort 7pm bar already closed

My stay was wonderful. The bungalow offered a beautiful sea view and was just 10 meters away from the beach. There was also a swimming pool nearby. The service and staff were very nice and helpful. The location is convenient, situated close to the main area with numerous restaurants and shopping mall. Overall, it was a quiet and peaceful experience.

the location is Amazing! on one side is the busy street with Central Samui right across the road, surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops etc. on the other side is a beautiful beach, and peaceful location surrounded by trees and nature. The Room is spacious and clean. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My dinning experience by the beach at the hotel was most memorable as staffs were very friendly and accommodating. it's always feel extra relaxing to see the beautiful smiles and it's exactly how i imagined my trip experience in Thailand would be. Thank you Chaweng Buri Team, I will definitely visit your hotel again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a white sand beach in front and a commercial street behind, making it convenient to go anywhere. The tropical garden environment is great, and the infinity pool is also nice. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast, which is almost the same every day and there are not many varieties.

I've been to Samui six times, and this hotel was generally good. The room facilities were a bit dated, and the hot water for showering was inconsistent. The room I booked was close to the beach, which was fantastic 👍🏻, with fine, soft sand, and the children had a blast playing. Dining and shopping were very convenient, and I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Samui.

The hotel is in a good location. The beach is the public Chaweng Beach. There is Central Department Store opposite the hotel. Various restaurants and massages are very convenient. I arrived at the hotel in the morning. I originally wanted to drive around the island before checking in, but my husband was a little airsick, so we went directly to the hotel to rest. A very artistic man at the front desk told me about the hotel's precautions, and there was also a reminder to check in at 2 pm. I asked if I could check in now, and he said that fortunately your room is ready and you can check in early. Thank you. The hotel facilities are old, but the facilities are in normal use. The breakfast is relatively simple. Because I checked out the next day and stored my luggage to go out to play, I consulted the front desk and they said that I could take the blue bath towel in the room out and bring it back at night. I feel that the hotel is very cost-effective. If you want to be lively and convenient, you can choose

Independent small villa with high cost performance. But the air conditioner is very noisy. You can go shopping in Shangtai when you go out. It is recommended to choose the deluxe room type with better location and room. I booked it in two orders. Later, I stayed in the garden room type and there was no hot water for showering. It was so annoying. I wanted to upgrade but it was fully booked.

It wasn't our first time on holiday. We don't have any more desire to go. The service has become a level worse.
