Good hotel for a relaxing holiday

Perfect place for relax for this money! Room was good and clean, perfect beach and nice atmosphere!

I spent 2 nights at the hotel without any worries, it is a very well located hotel at the age of Chaweng directly on the beach and in the quietest and most beautiful part of this large beach On the other hand, this hotel is very dated, nothing has been done for 30 years it seems to me It's too bad Plus the service is lousy

Wonderful hotel. Very welcoming. Room is neat and service is great. Tasty food and the smoothies are exquisite. Located on a beautiful beach.

Wonderfully and quietly located, yet you can quickly reach the places with the vibrant nightlife. Very friendly and helpful staff.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Room Layout, Nearby Shops, Room Size, Safety, Bed Comfort Level, Natural Light in the Room; This hotel is too bad, it's a complete deception, the room and the photos don't match at all, I don't want to stay and I don't give a refund. I asked the front desk of the hotel to find the boss. I haven't seen any reply in the past 3 days. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers in the room. There is no swimming pool in the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very awkward. This is the worst accommodation experience in my life. I hope that friends who travel in the future will not be fooled again. Its very back experience with this stupid hotel. The real situation is much much different and worsr from the photoes they showed on the web. I tried to cancel or check out earlier than due date but fail because the reception said need hotel Boss agree. I wanted to contact to their boss but they have no phone number of their boss only email which I send but hadn't got any reply so far. Further more the room no tooth brush or tooth paste no bedroom sliper. The reception closed at 8 pm , if you need anything cannot find people. This is really the worst hotel experience in my life. Please be remined to avoid bad experience as me.

Friendly staff, good breakfast (own pot of coffee) enjoyed by the sea. Big rooms. The hotel is no longer the newest, but everything still works well. From the terrace maybe 30 meters to the sea. A canoe can be borrowed at the hotel. Directly opposite is a bar/restaurant.

A nice place to hang out at the chaweng beach. The crew is extremly friendly, when we arrived they welcome us with a fresh drink and helped us with the laguage. The resort is located at the end of the chaweng beach and so it's more or less a cozy and quiet accommodation. Only when you have a room close to the road, it can be noisy because of the promotion trucks that announce the local muay thai fights. 🙏😉 The beach is super nice and there are no rocks in the water. They offer sunbeds with fresh towels, for their guests. If you book with breakfast, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning. The breakfast is really nice and not a buffet. All the things you'll get are freshly prepared for the guests. Thats super nice and so i'll give them 5 Stars. We would book again, when we are on Koh Samui. ขอบคุณมาก ๆ

first, i sent an email and a sms the day before to arrive to ask if was any possibility to do the check in earlier because of our boat time, i never received any answer. This hotel need a refurbish, lot of things are old and/or in bad conditions, bed, terrace chairs, the heater for hot water in the shower is litterally inside the shower with visible cables (like dangerous), bad shower drainage, electricity cable inside the rooms for plugs etc... are visible (not hided inside walls),stains on bed sheet, no blackout curtains so at 6.30 its daylight in the room !, wardrobe / closet doesn't have doors, not safe in the rooms, etc... a lot of details like this, but if the cost was 50/60 euros by day should be fine, but we paid for for 115 euros at day we was expecting something fitting this value then as we was uncomfortable in this room i went down the same day of arrival, asking to reception if we can cancel the next 2 days, keeping the first night lo let them time to find other guests and find an arrangment , their answer was really simple : yes you can check out, but no refund they didn't even offer like refund just 1 of the 3 night or a dinner or something. I reply : ok we will leave anyway because we feel not confortable in the room, but i think it's not correct from you to don't do nothing. he reply : ok they didnt care about customers, nothing After this i mentioned him my mail still waiting answer from the day before arrival, he replyed : now because you don't have money back you just complain about everything INCREDIBLE, in every business you can't talk and treat customers like this, on top when the customers say like me : ok i will pay but i will leave. the breakfast was include, simple but ok (not a buffet), there is less tables than rooms so dont come to late if you want a table on the terrace, if you are late you eat on the 3 table on the corridor at the entrance. There is a lot of better ratio price/quality hotels around

I’m very disappointed I felt cheated by the hotel. I booked a deluxe room with sea view and I got a room with no view at all, not even daylight. It’s worse than a prison cell. The location of the hotel in chaweng is good and the breakfast is also good. The front beach is one of the nicest of all Koh Samui.

Great place (hence the star). Bad experience at check in, ruined it for us. Lucky we only had to spend one night. It was not refundable at the timw we checked in so we had to stay or lose the money. This hotel is decorated with style, it’s cozy, clean and quiet, towards the south end of the main beach (Chaweng). Not much to do in the area, except for hanging out at the beach, which is pretty nice, soft sand and clear water. I won’t go into the particular details of our issue, as most people don’t care and it won’ t apply to them. But read the small print carefully and be aware of all charges.

The owner and staff are wonderful and very friendly. We felt really welcome and well looked after. My husband was unwell for one day during our stay and a lady who worked there (who I think may have been the owner) knocked on our door and left a bunch of bananas for my ill husband. They also made sure that I had some fruit to take with me on a day trip when the pickup time was before breakfast. The setting for breakfast is lovely overlooking the sea. The roti pancakes with honey are delicious! The rooms are well maintained and you can hear the waves from the beach (only a few metres away). A great spot if you love animals - there are very friendly and cute dogs and a beautiful garden with a fish pool and tortoises.

Beautiful resort with lovely staff. Our room was spacious and had nice Thai character. Lovely to open your front door directly onto the beach. Staff here are excellent and look after their guests very well. Unfortunately the owner isn't the same and didn't honour our free airport transfer that we booked so we had to pay 400bht ourselves even though it was clearly shown as included on the booking confirmation which I showed them. Apart from that one incident though it was a great stay, a lovely resort and we had a fantastic 6 days here. The breakfast was very good also and it's located in a great spot. I will definitely stay here again.

Older style resort with good sized traditional styled rooms in Chewang area away from busier parts . Gardens & grounds area like a little oasis. nice & quiet. The continental breakfast was simple yet ample food really well cooked & overlooked beach area. Food at other times also excellent. Staff super friendly, helpful & nothing was ever a problem. Beach & water always clean & tidy. Transport to & from hotel to anywhere easy & cheap to access. Had booking 2 years plus pre covid, hotel honored credits & would certainly stay there again.
