We had a lovely Deluxe Room with large ground level balcony on the beachfront. It was very clean and spacious and the Bed extremely comfortable with quality bed sheets. Good Air Conditioner and Nice Bathroom and nice New TV. This hotel won’t suit everyone as a little bit quirky but we thought all the old wooden style of the room and traditional Thai furniture just added to its charm. You get waitress service at breakfast and order from a menu which was a nice change from the usual buffet. Everyone freshly cooked so food nice and warm, you can just order as many things as you want so better than a buffet in my opinion. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Samui. It’s feels like a nice family run business.

Acceptable for a nights stay. Very basic inside and the rooms lacked any wow factor. Nice balcony view of the sea.

Good hotel for a relaxing holiday

Perfect place for relax for this money! Room was good and clean, perfect beach and nice atmosphere!

We had the bungalow right on the beach. Great! However, we had bad luck with the weather and the waves were high – very loud, which you could hear even in the bungalow. Those who are light sleepers should keep this in mind. The room was a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was great.

The hotel is very well located, right on the water with a magnificent view. The Thai-style room, with wooden furnishings, was spacious and had a very comfortable king-size bed. You shouldn't be too short to get into bed because it's quite high up – it's funny! 😂😂😂 As for the staff, I can't comment on them as we didn't interact with them, but they seemed very friendly around us.

The hotel has an excellent location. I stayed at this hotel five years ago, and I could see the sunrise every morning. It was so beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is superb; the first row of houses is built on the beach, with ocean views from every window. The best photos of the trip were taken in San Suu Kyi. The room didn't have a direct ocean view, and the bathroom facilities were a bit old, but the price was a big plus. The breakfast selection was limited, but the quality was acceptable. It's very convenient for ocean views and shopping.

The hotel is located in a quieter area of ​​Chaweng Beach, even though it's right on the beach. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast was too monotonous and you had to order from a wooden board. The staff was friendly and nice. The Wi-Fi was very poor!

I think it's different from the reviews written. Rather than the facilities being old, the design is based on antiques, which I think is proof that this is a historic beach resort. The location is much quieter than the center of Chaweng, so if you're looking for a peaceful place, this is a good choice. On the other hand, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can quickly get to the center by taking a songthaew, which runs frequently, so it's not exactly a backwater.
