這個位置 衹要聽到有水聲下來就一股惡臭味飄出來。有一天晚上半夜洗個澡 沒有熱水 等了一個小時 換了兩個房間 洗澡地露下水很慢 第一房間洗澡往外露水

説實話，性價比很高了。從價格基礎上倒推服務和環境，真的很不錯了。房間確實小，可麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。比較滿意。周邊小吃也很多。我們開車來的，停車也方便。
另外，房間隔音也可以，前台小姑娘還有保潔大姐都很温柔可親。
很滿意。

服務欠主動性，一，房間電話打不通前台，旅客需要什麼必須從16樓下到一樓前台問詢；二，停車場為公共停車場不能保證住店客人停車。可攜程網介紹中未能表述清楚，造成誤導旅客。三、連鎖酒店沒有配備統一的一次性手巾，即洗臉擦手都可用。感覺奇怪？瑞麗IU酒店和麗江IU酒店，瓜州IU酒店都有統一的一次性手巾配置，庫爾勒這家沒有？問服務員她們不知道解釋不了。
我一直喜歡錦江旗下IU酒店，裝修簡潔明快的風格，舒適的環境，這次讓我很失望。
好在最後與前台溝通停車問題，她給經理請示後保證我們能再次停進來，這才沒有調換酒店，算是情緒小安慰吧！
希望酒店能虛心改進工作，把服務作好。

10月22號入住，當打開房門的一刻，一股惡臭味撲面而來，令人噁心嘔吐，房門的安全鏈也壞了，前台溝通，強烈要求換房，遭到拒絕，服務員取塑料袋，裝滿自來水 ，堵住下水道口，敷衍了事，打開房門，開空調，增加空氣流通，但仍未能解決問題，臭味仍然一樣大，在這樣臭氣的房間中，一夜未眠，從未住過這樣的酒店
