We have just got back from a fantastic week at The Ramira Beach, there were three of us , myself, my wife and our friend, we had rooms next to each other overlooking the pool with a balcony, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, our friend is gluten free and at meal times they would bend over backwards to help her with her dietary requirements, have got to mention Mina, Vangelis and the chef Sakis who were all amazing, couldn’t fault the food, something for everybody. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a very chilled week, Kos Town is easy to get to on the bus or use the Hotel shuttle for €4 per person which was very nice, All in all a very nice week enjoyed by everyone.

The staff cannot do enough!! We are still here at the moment but from Alexis, Maria and Aphroditi on front seat, to Linda with housekeeping and our good friend at the beach bar and main restaurant who is eternally positive and funny! Completely clean, everywhere. The drinks menu is original and tasty, all international brand drinks. The buffet is not like we have had before with European or even Greek all inclusive- much better and all home made or fresh and they cannot do enough. Drinks at the buffet are table service too. The beach bar is one of the best gyros! And the creperie is so yummy too, We are yet to try the a la carte but looking forward to it! Only thing is you can tell that it’s early season- bar waiting times in the evening is easily 15-20 minutes but always always table service so no bother in the long run. For such a cheap deal, we couldn’t even get this price and quality at a 3/4 star- so to say it is a 5 star and we are actually getting the service (unlike previous trips to other brand resorts!) we are pleasantly surprised and the weather has been lovely so far- just a little windy in the evenings! The bike rentals and car rentals outside are also super easy and competitive!

Mitsis Ramira had the loveliest team so welcoming and so helpful I was there for a week and I felt right at home . Shout out to Fotini in the Italian restaurant and Maria receptionist for being so lovely.

all the housekeeping ladies are so lovely and sweet and extremely trustworthy! they do there job extremely well and they leave everything extremely spotless! the manager is so kind too!!

Fabulous holiday so far my friend and I are still here.. what wonderful staff.. always smiling and friendly, great cocktails and fun evening entertainment .. a great mix of nationality’s holidaying here.. food is great and our whole experience is very chilled.. you can do as much or as little as you like here.. we are in the pretty 600s rooms overlooking a quiet pool .. bliss, lots of treats have been left for us in the room, stocked mini bar refilled every two days.. bravo Mitsis!

We just returned from the Mitsis Ramira hotel after a couple of days spending there with my friends.We really loved being there, the hotel was perfectly clean and the people working there always with a smile on their faces.We loved tasty food and the big swimming pool.We met the very nice housekeeper manager Linda and all the other staff were very friendly, too. We highly recommend that hotel to all, the family with children, too as they got a huge play area and a swimming pool with a big and a small slide.

Visited for a 4 night stay with my son. Had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Could not do enough for you. We are already planning our return later in the year. Food was brilliant and the cocktails were plentiful and delicious!

From the moment we arrived on 15th April and were checked in by the lovely Aphroditi we have felt as though we are amongst friends .The lovely Linda who is housekeeping Manager is simply the best we have ever had the pleasure to deal with . Nothing is a problem to the staff here ,from a fabulous swan display in our room by Linda and her assistant to a fantastic meal in the A La Carte restaurant arranged by Aphroditi, complete with Birthday cake AND the girls serenading my wife with Happy Birthday in English and Greek.Such a lovely gesture ❤️. I am not sure how to upload the video of that.... Hotel is immaculate, rooms are lovely ,maids are lovely and there is a warm hello wherever you go . All of the staff here are an asset to Mitsis and we love them all xxx.

Beautiful resort and such lovely customer service would definitely recommend and the restaurant is fab love the little touches such as drinks in mini bar and green drinks left in room also free hotel great little shop on site too room is beautiful
