Not received any instruction to get key after 3.00pm. I need to call owner then after more than 10 times then owner pickup. Owner also charge me RM200.00 as security deposit. They not mention actual amount at Trip.com. Which is for me quite expensive.

Very embarrassed! After getting the check-in instructions, I had to go to the 32nd floor to get the key in the middle of the night. There was a gym. In addition, a reminder to those who are not good at English, this B&B does not have Chinese services. At the same time, the B&B does not provide anything including hand sanitizer and soap! You don't have to provide toothbrushes and towels, but there is no hand sanitizer, which is the first time I have encountered this!
