Lovely place! Ethan was very friendly, providing us with lots of information and ideas for things to do/places to eat and even a bonus mini Christmas gift. Place was spotless, view and balcony incredible, convenient access to nearby restaurants and markets. Only slight con was some noise from nearby dock and airplanes not dampened well by apartment, but this is not a serious issue. We intend on coming back!

We had a perfect stay. Massage chair is a bonus point post Kinabalu mountain hike. The room is exceptionally clean and great amenities and free snacks. No time to access swimming pool but i guess will be nice. Great location with night market and durian street few mins walk away. Sea view is relaxing. Thanks owner for prompt response and great recommendations.

It's amazing. Friends who come to Kota Kinabalu must stay at this hotel. The landlord is super nice, the sanitation is very clean, and the hotel facilities are also very new. The scenery outside the window is simply amazing. You can see the beautiful sunset, and the landlord will recommend delicious restaurants nearby. You don't need to look at xhs to make a guide, just look at what the landlord posts. There is a reason why this hotel can achieve 100% positive reviews. It is really highly recommended. I will stay here again next time I come. There are also many shops and restaurants around, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

The room is not big, but it has all kinds of facilities and is very convenient. The massage chair was a special surprise. I love it. The landlord can speak Chinese, so communication is barrier-free. He is also very nice and helped solve the luggage storage problem before check-in and after check-out. I saw the beautiful sunset from the room, which made this trip very perfect.
