Excellent facilities 😁!
Cleanliness is good.
Upon arrival around 3pm, no bellboy at the hotel to assist us with luggage.
The reception who helped us with our check in is very unprofessional.
2 of them have keropok on their desk and eat in front of me. Later they even exchange each other’s keropok. I didn’t see her wash hand before handling my hotel room key/document!
Other service, for aircon and hot water issue, after cll them, they came quite on time to fix problem.
The only reason I will return will be their hotel room size, excellent room view and breakfast view. Thank you

Decent hotel, great location, the receptionist is very HELPFUL, especially Nigel, assistant me with everything and provided the best solutions, highly recommend and definitely gonna come back 😀

I would just rate it like a 4 stars hotel. Don’t expect too much, and it will be great.
Breakfast just normal, waitstaff was a bit inattentive, not sure which table bring us to.
didn’t book a seaview room, but my room was totally a blocked view 🤣. Can only see a huge rooftop of other buildings. But the room is clean, cleaning service quite good, I asked for more water and they did gave me more.
One of the highlight could be their pool.
Great sea view, I enjoyed it a lot.
location is decent, still need to walk a bit to reach the main city area.

Rooms opposite each other, hotel allow us to leave lugguage for 2 days before check in which is great help to allow us travel light to Kundasang. Many thanks!!!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was super quick. The location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Imago, with stores and restaurants outside the hotel.
The room was great. I have to say the bathroom area is spacious, but the doors are a little weird. The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
We also had the Saturday night buffet. It so happened that the buffet was busy that night, and I think they could have prepared better, but overall, the food was fantastic! Highly recommended.

Overall it's good. We booked a seaview suite and the view is fascinating! Facilities are pretty normal and club lounge is a bonus. Nothing much for afternoon tea but bfast and evening cocktail was great. Food in the hotel restaurant is not bad

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights for both business and leisure purposes. The hotel's location is one of the best in Kota Kinabalu. On the first day, I was issued a room that did not match my reservation. However, the front office staff were friendly and very professional, and they assisted me in changing to another room. Unfortunately, the next day, I had to change rooms again due to a leaking air conditioner. It was honestly a very bad experience to have to change rooms twice within the first two days. Despite this, the Duty Manager, Mr. Bryan, was very kind and professional in helping me resolve the issue. I appreciate the Marriott's high standard of service. Overall, the stay was good, and the sunsets were breathtaking.

Nice hotel at the heart of KK. Overall nice hotel with nice sea view. but the hotel require better maintenance compared to other marriott hotel overseas. Looks abit dull and require refurbished. Hotel receiption has several counter but only 1 or 2 person is working. If you require service, no one will answer the phone.
