Strategic place but not provided parking. Need to pay for parking. Toilet is smelly

I stayed at Valley Hotel recently and the experience was a mix of good and bad. The location is excellent which is very convenient, easy to access, and perfect for moving around the city. The amenities provided were also good and quite useful throughout my stay. However, the cleanliness really needs improvement. The room didn’t feel as clean as expected, and this affected my comfort. Overall, it’s a decent place mainly because of its great location, but the hotel could be much better with improvements in cleanliness and service.

The hotel lobby and room were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, it was a nice stay and would consider staying here again.

I like to stay here because all the facilities in the room is good condiiton. It is also have near with the city and easy to find the halal food. The room also needs to improve such as the room wall painted has faded. However, this hotel is suitable for solo and couple travellers. The room rate for this hotel is quitely reasonable prices.

Good view and clean room.

Deposit asked is two times the value as mentioned during booking. RM50 during booking but during check-in receptionist asked for RM100. So inconvenient because i don't have extra cash and had to cross the road to find nearby ATM.

Hotel was average. Location is good. However, check in and check out times are not feasible. I made a request to early check in, but hotel management didnt even respond to my request. I even tried through Trip.com customer cair, they also told hotel is not responding.

Convenience hotel , my booked room got some technical issue , then hotel is upgrading mine. good place with nearby food , walking distance to api api night market. A very good service and satisfied.
