Once enter the room, the bed sheet smell downy. Cleanliness was good. Can watch netlifx, youtube. Room small suitable for 2 person only. Provide steaming, iron and iron board. Water heater and aircond function well. Overall rating 5/5. Recommended!

Recommend place to stay

It's a good place to stay. The disadvantage is that it's troublesome to call a taxi. You have to go to the other side, otherwise the car has to go through a timed payment gate to get to the mall. It's close to the shopping mall. It's a convenient location. It's a mixed area. In Sabah, there are relatively few pork restaurants in this area. Walking distance to glaneagle hospital. Nice and clean hotel room. Except there is stain on the bedsheet, blanket and towel. Otherwise, everything is good. The location is very near to Imago shopping mall where it is just a walking distance.

Particularly bad. The location is very difficult to find! It's on an upper floor. There is no door or hotel sign downstairs. Even the locals don't know where he is. But a kind local helped us by calling for more than 20 minutes and drove us to find it! I couldn’t believe what I would do if there were no locals. There was no electricity when I entered. I still asked the staff to fix it. It was already 11 o’clock in the evening. When I entered the toilet, the toilet seat was covered. When I opened it, it was still unflushed💩 Speechless! The sound insulation is so poor that you can hear the next door neighbor coughing! Close to the road, there is a constant sound of motorcycles. Stop! The location is very difficult to find. The locals don't know where it is. Upon entering the room, there was no electricity in the room. There's still **** in the toilet. The sound insulation is terrible!

All good, bersih dan lokasi yang strategic. Walking distance to Imago & Hospital. Self check-in, but worry not - very clear instructions will be given. Overall, highly recommended 👍

Our stay here was awesome. Just a few steps to IMAGO shopping mall. Foods area close by and the staff's are very helpful.
