So where to start. This “hotel” is nothing like the pictures. Probably the worst hotel you could possibly pick in all of Krabi. Rooms are nasty, not clean, old and funky. Bed is hard and there is no real comforter: just a blanket, probably from the 1970s, with a sheet on top. Ac - poorly working. Even though we set the temp at 16 (!!) it didn’t get cold. Bathroom… jises. No dispose for the water except for behind (!?) the toilet and no shower curtain which made the hole bathroom floor wet after a shower. WiFi is definitely an on/off issue. Working one minute then off for about 10 mins. Didn’t have internet through the whole evening which made booking for another hotel pretty difficult. Because yes - we did not want to spend another night here. Restaurant? Well yeah… the “hotel” has one, but it’s ONLY open for breakfast, which by the way, consists of white bread with jam. The hotel lays about 20 min away from Ao Nang where all restaurants are. Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other hotel and I can guarantee you’d have a better experience. There are bungalows which could possibly be a bit better but as we stayed in the hotel part I have no say in this matter. I wish I had read the reviews and trusted them before booking, you won’t be happy here.

Very pleasant stay in this peaceful setting. Everything is done to relax in complete peace: small beach has a few meters and a beautiful swimming pool. The staff are charming and efficient. At the reception there is a lady of unparalleled kindness and helpfulness! A real pearl; whatever your question, she will do everything to satisfy you.

I had a really good experience at diamond beach resort. From friendly staff to a nice pool with a great view.

Robbed twice from the room, by staff, we were the only 2 guests in the park.. 1st time a small amount, 2nd theft was the equivalent of 180 euros, after many angry complaints, left the park, we no longer felt safe, and We went to another hotel for 1 week. We will NEVER return here.

A little further out but with a bike, everything is easily accessible - and the hotel helped us to get a bike on the first night. Amazing pool, cute dogs on site, Salma at the front desk was amazing.

Hygiene: It's just like an ordinary hotel. It's relatively clean, but it's still far behind the regular 3/4 stars. Environment: The room is very comfortable, the lawn and swimming pool outside are very pleasant Service: The people in the restaurant are very enthusiastic, and the front desk also tries its best to answer all questions and needs. It can also help book day tours and rent scooters. Facilities: The air conditioning in the room is very powerful and the cooling effect is good. After all, it is made by Gree. Haha, we support the export of domestic products! There are several restaurants and small supermarkets within 5-8 minutes of walking out, and there is also a 711, which is quite convenient. Features: It’s very close to the beach. You can fish when the tide is high. My husband had a great time fishing.

We loved our stay here. We only stayed a couple of days. The accommodation was amazjng, just what we wanted. Beach hut with amazing view. The only disappointing thing was there was no restaurant or bar. There were shops nearby so we bought our own and a little restaurant at the end of the street which we loved. We went into the main resort at night and got a taxi back so it didn’t spoil our stay but just making others aware.

Nunca dejo reseñas pero es el peor hotel que he estado. Lamento no haber leido las reseñas de otros huespedes. Espero que esta sirva para que otras personas NO SE GUIEN POR LAS FOTOS. Peor que un hostel. Nos hemos encontrado una salamandra en el baño y por cambiarnos de habitacion nos cobraron 300 bath diciendo que no era problema de ellos. Habitacion vieja, con humedad en las paredes, sucia, camas duras, toallas super desgastadas. Un desastre

The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly. The rooms were noisy, you could hear the neighbors talking. The area is limited to restaurants and means of transport, if you don't rent a scooter you often get stuck. A plus for the dog puppies who live in the facility, if they were trained and accustomed to humans they would be a delightful pet therapy

Clean accommodation, shady atmosphere, sea view.

Good, peaceful, but a bit deep.
