This hotel is beautiful! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel located right next to the beach, and my wife and I loved that! We went to Krabi to celebrate our honeymoon and to our surprise, they prepared for us a very nice honeymoon welcome in the room, and we both were very happy.
The only drawback we found was that the rooms apparently have very thin walls or that they let sounds pass through the walls. We could clearly hear what the guests in the other room were talking about and they could actually hear us too, we felt like there wasn't much privacy.

I really like this property and staff was also friendly and cooperative they make my Anniversary day so special I don’t have words to express… Whenever I got a chance to visit krabi I will definitely stay at this property only

The service was a little slow but the hotel was busy so everyone was doing their best. The facilities were great! Nice gym and kids club, unfortunately I didn’t get to use the spa. The beach front was gorgeous and the live entertainment (singing and fire show) was incredible! The children loved the pools and slides and we were impressed by the Christmas decorations! A very enjoyable stay in an ideal location.

Our stay here was brief but good. We only stayed here for one night. The private pool was really nice but the view from the pool/room wasn't great. The room was a bit damp and had a damp smell. However it was clean and the room has a modern but comfortable feel to it. The hotel breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we experienced excellent service.

Great location, very accessible if you going for island hopping and only 5 minutes walk to Ao Nang Main Street.
I can’t really find a negative feedback on this place, the only thing that might required for improvement would be the breakfast. It wasn’t that bad but I am just being picky here.

Very comfortable bed! I wish they could tell me their mattress brand! It’s near to the beach but a bit of a walk to the market. We booked two rooms and toilet in both rooms can get stuck after a while even after maintenance.

The resort is very well located close to the beach and local amenities such as restaurants and shops etc. Also very close to Ao Nang pier for the longtail boat shuttles to nearly islands and other beaches.
It is well maintained and clean.
A few minor issues would be the availability of sun loungers at both pools (there are not enough), service at the breakfast buffet and beach restaurant is slow even when not particularly busy.
I would stay there again and do recommend the resort.

The check-in process was seamless, and the hotel is exceptionally nice with a great location. The staff is very friendly. Next time we come to Krabi, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel actually is amazing and very well located. The thing is the poor service, It’s not my first time in Thailand and it’s our first time being treated so bad ( costumer service) asked for a beer between room service and in the pool and took them 2 hrs to give it to me, the info about tours, attractions, shows, etc are also poor and unreliable. The service also in the breakfast (buffet) is terrible, the waiters are always in a bad mood and no hostess to accommodate you, the buffet is pretty much the same every day and nothing wow. The service on both swimming pool are bad, meaning no service to you, you’ve got to stand up every time you need something. The food is ok, nothing really amazing and expensive. Wouldn’t recommend to stay and it’s a shame cause the facilities are great and the location even better.
