Agile Residence 5 mins walk to TRX, Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL Reviews

We had a pleasant stay, the room is clean and neat. I love the washing machine with Wash and Dry function, it provided us a great convenience.

Pros: 5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process Cons: Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮 TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

nice unit and room with city view. Just 5 min walk to TRX mall and MRT. Room and toilet is very clean. 60th floor night view is definitely an add on credit, enjoy the view with the winds

Unit is almost perfect. The lift and internet wifi signal need improvement. It’s a new building within walking distance to TRX Mall (10mins) and just next to this condo is a well known bakery & pastries LEVAIN. Person-in-charge is attentive and good manner.

the place is sparkling clean! big unit at 49th floor. the view is also stunning. owner is kind and responsive. hope to look into installing hooks for towels and sofa cover to avoid stain. fantastic stay

I truly enjoyed my stay with my family. Love our unit, which is clean and comfortable with good facilities. There is also a really fantastic view of KL city from the unit. Highly recommended to others.

It was a pleasure staying at this new residence with its strategic location near TRX. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially when I needed assistance with the check-in and check-out process due to some confusion with the house system. The house itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and kid-friendly, with no sharp edges. The view was fantastic, with KLCC, KL Tower, and Pavilion all nearby. I was also thrilled to find that my favorite restaurant, Levain, is right next door. I’m very happy to have discovered this place and will definitely return. My family will also choose this residence whenever they visit KL

Good location to TRX within 5min walk. Amenities not much around surrounding apart from some restaurants and cafe.

The location was great as it was relatively close to malls such as Pavilion, Lot 10, Fahrenheit88 etc (＜2km). The apartment was clean and came well equipped with different amenities.

Apartment still very new. Security gate wasn't very helpful with directions. Keycard didn't work for certain gate. Nevertheless apartment is nice and bed is very comfortable.

Life is not a race, but a journey. Race to the end, and travel care about the scenery along the way.

It was one of the best apartments in KL. Perfect location nearby Pavilion Mall and The Exchange TRX. I fully enjoyed staying in this apartment as it was very clean, comfy with nice view to downtown. The owner doesn’t take the deposit and doesn’t make you wait in the lobby, easy access and convenience. Also I like the fact that there is a washing machines with dry option, it’s very convenient to wash and dry clothes in room. Also I like that there is BIG shower gel😬 overall for sure I ll be back again if I visit KL
