The location is very convenient, just away from the station for few mins
But the facilities are not very complete, the hair dryer was broken when we checked in . And no bath room amenities provided.

Its a Premier Inn and what you see is what you get. Perfectly located opposite St Pancras/London Kings X, and the British Library, good clean rooms, functional facilities. Good size for London. My only quibble is how long it took to check in as self check-in was not functioning. I would definitely return to this Premier Inn.

The service was good, they printed out our tickets and were generally very helpful and charming. The location is perfect for Eurostar. The food was good but nothing special, we slept very well.

Good location, just next to King’s Criss St Pancras station.
Good security managed, Access card required for room floor (all day) and Hotel entry (at midnight)
Comfy, quite but no refrigerator
Staff are friendly and helpful. Would try to arrange early check in if room is available
Free luggage storage for the date of check in check out
Definitely recommended

After staying for two days, no one cleaned the room. The location is very good, but the facilities, environment, service and hygiene are average.

The breakfast was very good, and there was no need to check out when leaving the hotel. Just put the card in the designated recycling bin. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to King's Cross Station

The hotel is well located, not far from Saint Pancras station, underground and bus stops allowing to reach the rest of the city easily and quickly. The room is comfortable even if the soundproofing is not perfect, otherwise excellent value for money!

The hotel is close to the station and the staff is friendly!! The cleaning condition is also good, but the shower water in the bathroom was well guided. Also, it was a little uncomfortable because there were homeless men sitting on the 0th floor below the reception, but I am still very satisfied!!

For me the hotel was well placed, on the other hand at the reception it could put someone who speaks French.

The bedding and bed are the best I have slept in. So so comfortable clean and towels whiter that white . Also across from the beautiful St Pancras station B and B £130 for two of us

Have stayed in plenty of Premier Inn hotels and very rarely had any issues. However the restaurant was a big disappointment. Initially told on checking that there was no need to book for evening meal and then went for our meal at 7.15 to be told we couldn't get a table until 8PM, I said the place was empty but was told they had 2 large parties in the back and it would take ages for service. Went back at 8 with my 5 year old and the waited for over 45 minutes for the main course and then a further 30 minutes for desert. The menu was very limited, nothing like what was advertised . We didn't get out of the restaurant until 10PM, in all that time no large parties left. I believe this was just an excuse for the poor service.
