The lifts are either not working or just very slow to arrive.but all staffs are super nice and it's clean.

Easily accessible, a few-minute walk from main stations. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy with AC.

Even though requested for a room near the elevator, still cannot accommodate

Hotel manager chase down & harass hotel guests in front of their hotel room. Never come back to Premier Inn St Pancras as this hotel manager should be fired for authority abuse. Annoyed by hotel manager arrogance & rudeness!

The location is good that it’s near to Eurostar St Pancras station which we need to catch an early morning ride. Can pretty save the transportation cost.

The location is very convenient, just away from the station for few mins But the facilities are not very complete, the hair dryer was broken when we checked in . And no bath room amenities provided.

Its a Premier Inn and what you see is what you get. Perfectly located opposite St Pancras/London Kings X, and the British Library, good clean rooms, functional facilities. Good size for London. My only quibble is how long it took to check in as self check-in was not functioning. I would definitely return to this Premier Inn.

The service was good, they printed out our tickets and were generally very helpful and charming. The location is perfect for Eurostar. The food was good but nothing special, we slept very well.

Good location, just next to King’s Criss St Pancras station. Good security managed, Access card required for room floor (all day) and Hotel entry (at midnight) Comfy, quite but no refrigerator Staff are friendly and helpful. The room had nothing I expected. There was only shower gel and toilet paper, only one set of towels, no drinking water, no safe, no slippers, no hairdryer, no refrigerator, no TV, and nothing else. The room wasn't cleaned for three days, and despite repeated complaints, the responsibility was evaded. There was no service at all, and I had to rely on myself. Is this the experience you should expect for 2,500 yuan a day? It completely shattered my expectations. The worst experience ever.

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the station and restaurants. The room was comfortable, but one thing to note is that the hotel does not provide slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1, but there is no conditioner.
