the aircon is horrible. noisy and not cold at all. room is too small and the water heater is cold.

The location is convenient, and check-in at the front desk was smooth. The room was clean, and the air conditioning and hot water were stable. Breakfast offered enough choices and was refilled quickly, though the coffee was just average. The gym and pool were well-maintained. For the price, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for a short business stay or a quick city trip.

- The subway station isn't actually that close; it's about a 10-minute walk (not sure why some reviews say it's very close...). - The cleanliness is acceptable, but there's sometimes a smell of smoke in the elevator. I'm not sure if it's guests or hotel staff smoking. - The water pressure is an issue; the shower pressure fluctuates between strong and weak, which I hope can be improved. - Soundproofing is mediocre; you can occasionally hear chairs being moved, and some street noise comes through. The sound of housekeeping staff pushing carts is also quite noticeable. - As for dining, it's manageable because the hotel shares space with other establishments. Overall, it's an okay place for a short stay.

It was okay, but the first room I checked into had a sudden leak, so I had to switch rooms. When I arrived early and asked if there were any rooms available for an early check-in, the staff wasn't very friendly. They looked like I owed them something and said it would cost 50 to check in early, otherwise I'd have to wait until 2 PM.

The bed is cozy and the room is overall quite clean. However, the phone was not functioning and the key card slot is faulty. I had to adjust the card multiple times to stop a constant annoying sound from the card slot.

Overall, the cleanliness was good, and the location was decent. There were plenty of food options downstairs, but the convenience store was quite far, about a 20-minute walk. Still, I was quite satisfied.

My friend could only stay for one night, we had to move out for the second night; it was already nearly 9 p.m., because the hotel had been without power since 1 p.m. Fortunately, we eventually managed to find a hotel. Trip.com please advise..how can I claim back my money for the second night.

Good location, cleanliness, all things been prepared, feeling secured. Will come back again if travel to KL again. The only thing is if you are easy to be interrupted during sleep, bring your earplugs or earmuffs.

The hotel's location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. It's suitable for a short getaway or a trip for couples. We mainly came for the KangLe Night Market, which is only about 10 minutes away, helping us avoid traffic during rush hour.

Good on location , small room but suitable for 1 or 2 person , however the lift a bit noisy
