I always love the location of this hotel, is attached to a mall and also surrounded with a lot of shops nearby. Besides, I also love the cleanliness of the hotel room. However, I guess they should improve the coolness of the air conditioning.

Friendly and helpful front desk, fully equipped room with nice city views, inside a shopping mall which accessible to LRT service.

It was an easy choice to make as the location is great, free parking and friendly staff. Room was very new

The location is perfect which close to MRT within 10mins walking distance. Easy access to the Ekocheras mall and Leisure mall. Various food can be found around. Hotel room itself is clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again for my next visit.

A cosy stay with basic amenities. Adjacent to the mall therefore convenient for shopping and dining.

All good for the location and cleanliness for the hotel, but the sound proofing was really bad. Can hear exactly the conversation from the corridor and also from the next room. Hotel buffet so so only, not much food choices.

I really love the smell in the hotel when i arrived. Everything was good, just the reception need to pick up phone more quickly.

The room has musty smell probably came from the toilet bowl. Location is great which is above a shopping mall, with multiple entries free parking. The bed is very big which can fit 3 slim bodies.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, one side down is the rain shower, hot water temperature not so consistent, but there is no problem if using shower head. The bed is very comfortable. Convenient too as downstair easy access to EkoCheras mall, which you can get every thing you need like food and drink there.

The check-in process was quick and easy. However, the parking is not in favor. It needs to drive up to the highest level (lv7), take the lift down to the ground floor and yet it is chargeable of RM5/ entry.

Booked a 3D2N short getaway at Innside. Pros: Conveniently located above EkoCheras mall. (The mall is quite quiet even though most of the shops are open.) Easy access to groceries, restaurants and rapid transit (train). Staff were friendly, provided service recovery of complimentary breakfast buffet due to hiccup in providing an unmade room initially. No issues upon room change. Check out at 12pm is good. Gym and swimming pool available. Room suitable for short stays with no giant luggage. Cons: Shower temperature was difficult to keep steady, frequently fluctuates causing difficulty in showering properly. Breakfast buffet was very limited, in addition, food served was pretty much not hot at all. There is no egg station, instead a chef dispenses sunny side up eggs at an unassuming corner of the room. Door lock could only unlock after the third attempt. Might be a faulty lock. Maybe I was unlucky, my laundry was delayed causing me to be unable to pick up upon check out time. Had to phone a friend to pick up later in the day. Overall, still a pretty pleasant stay. Would still recommend due to the low rates even during Christmas weekend (super peak).
