This was a truly excellent trip. First off, the hotel's location is fantastic; public transportation is readily accessible, and it's only one or two stops from Zurich Central Station. Directly across the street, there's a huge Coop supermarket and a Coop restaurant, so dining options are sorted. Secondly, the hotel itself is great and lives up to the Marriott brand's standards, with very enthusiastic staff. What really stood out was "Lili" at the front desk. She was incredibly kind. I was particularly impressed when she remembered my name the next day when I was buying coffee. During check-out, she even presented the bill neatly in an envelope and was generally very helpful. All in all, it was a perfect experience.

Hotel is on the way to the main zurich station from the airport and just a 5 minute walk from oerlikon station. Room was lovely, clean and serviced every day. The staff were all really friendly.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. I’m not impressed as I was double charged as I prepaid online while making room reservation via Trip.com and I was charged again upon checkout at hotel. Seeking refund.

Housekeeping a little tardy. Didn't bother to tidy up. Just came in to change towels and linens bit left the cups unwashed. Quite a contrast to another Courtyard I had visited in Hannover.

Land is incredibly expensive in Zurich, so the price and location are quite reasonable. Trains and trams are just a few hundred meters away, and the Co-op is across the street. I saw many crews staying at this hotel. To see Einstein at ETH, take bus 46. Both receptionists were very nice, and the breakfast staff was also very friendly. Weekend breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM, which is great, but the breakfast selection isn't very varied. Ctrip's overseas business has been weak, and this hasn't happened just once or twice. It's best to speak some English, as contacting Ctrip with any questions is almost useless. They'll suggest you contact the hotel yourself, so what's the point of booking through their platform? We can easily book directly with Marriott or other channels. I hope Ctrip will address this issue and improve it.
