Had a perfect stay. Very clean room and spacious bathroom. Nice salt water pool, sauna and technogym equipped gym. There is also a cute jukebox in ”the den” where you can pick your own music. Sat there and worked for an hour vibing to my songs and had some good honey wings. Oh and also great 5mins walking distance to Pavillion.

Check-in at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang is on the 40th floor, and the environment is excellent. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was also great, with a fantastic view from a high floor. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The infinity pool on the rooftop offers an amazing view, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze, and watching the Kuala Lumpur nightscape. Pavilion Mall and various commercial areas are right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. The location is superb, highly recommended!

This is my fourth stay here. While there are more signs of wear and tear compared to my previous visits, it's still acceptable. The pool and gym are as clean as ever, and the view is great. The body lotion in the room smells lovely. There's also a fantastic coffee shop nearby called 103 Coffee – highly recommend it! 👍

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. The hotel's infinity pool was also great, offering expansive views. The only minor issue was that the front desk staff didn't speak much Chinese, so communication required English. If I visit again, I would still choose this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly! The front desk staff's explanations were clear, room service was great, and the housekeeping during our stay was excellent. Even when we requested an early morning taxi to the airport, all the staff handled it with great care and politeness. The only minor downside was that the hand cream pump in the sink area didn't work, which was a little disappointing. However, all other amenities were perfectly fine and smelled lovely. The view from the room was also very satisfying, making for a truly wonderful stay ✨️

Definitely a 5-star review! I compared several hotels before choosing this one, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The guys on the ground floor were all very polite, helping with luggage and opening car doors, always greeting us with a smile every time we came and went. Check-in is on the 40th floor, where there were front desk staff who spoke Chinese, and they were also excellent. The room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was satisfying, offering both local Malaysian dishes and hot noodles. The infinity pool has a beautiful night view. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Pavilion and 15 minutes to KLCC. The only minor thing is that bottled water isn't provided in the room, but there's a Chinese supermarket just across the street downstairs.

Overall ok. Check-in & arrival was smooth and check-in took under five minutes. Front desk staff were friendly and professional, offering a quick overview of amenities and dining hours. A minor wait during peak afternoon hours, but nothing unreasonable.

Centrally located with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious, and the decor was simple and modern, upholding Fraser Group's consistent quality. Parking costs 18 RM per entry; although it's a multi-story car park, an attendant guides you, making it easy to park. Recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang. The location is excellent. Walking distance to both Pavilion and TRX. There are a number of eateries in the area. Room is also clean and big. Hotel also has facilities such as pool, gym and a play room. We will definitely stay here again.

Service: The service is excellent. The front desk and security staff always greet me when I come and go. I've been staying here for almost a month, so we're all pretty familiar with each other now.

The hotel is situated across TRX approximately less than 5 minutes on foot. Lobby is located on the 40th floor with a great view. My room is equipped with a kitchenette, with microwave and a sink. Staff members are helpful and friendly. A room worth paying for.

Wonderful hotel, very nice, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection (great coffee). The infinity pool on the 40th floor is a significant plus.

fantastic location, right next trx mall and pavillion, lots of food and shopping. Easy to access mrt if you want to go around city. Easy for grab to get to and from.
