Location wise is very good. Its in between and walkable to both TRX Exchange and Pavilion Mall. Water pressure for shower head is slightly weak. Will be good if tv have youtube. Everything else is good.

Had problem with my room AC, complain to room service and all he did was adjusting the remote … which was so obvious not a solution, was left sweating in room for a few hours and Complain again, Finally the technician came .. find out the Filters are very dirty and air could not flow.. in just 10-15 min the problem is Fix.. Not a pleasant experience, the technician was very friendly and professional.. But im disappointed with the hotel maintenance, and customer handling.. not what you expect, i ask for a room change but, they did nothing.. and left me for hours sweating,… Love the pool, the Indonesian pool staff was so friendly. Breakfast was alright.. Room without the Ac problem is alright bath robe is so small. Love the hotel and would love to come back but please do better !!

This hotel located in centre of bukit bintang. Can said, this hotel is so convenient can be access to trx and pavilion by walking. Very recommended hotel.

Value for money. Hotel room is big with huge bathroom. We got the corner room with lots of windows which can be very hot during the day. There a little kitchenette which is handy and there's a launderette in the building which we didn't get the chance to use. The concierge and bellboy are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - in between Bukit Bintang and TRX. There can be a bit a traffic jam in front of the hotel but that's KL. Overall a very good stay and will definitely come back.

Location very good, near TRX and Pavillion ! Room very nice and clean! Only kettle abit dirty got stain!

I have to say it’s great overall. The location is relatively close to both pavilion and TRX, some walk is good but it’s not far I like it. Food options around is nice and not too crazily jam. Rooms are really clean which I like. I will stay here again for sure.

Always my number one choice when i have to book hotel in KL. Good location and very accessible and new hotel. Book at least once per month tells how how much i love this property. Service is more than 100% good!

Nice room upgraded. But the electricity keeps tripping off in the middle of the night so the aircon was turned off. Have to wake up and turn it on.

Loved my stay at capri. The location is perfect. Its equidistant from trx and pavilon(approx 550m). Taking grab is also quite easy from here as lesser traffic compared to other hotels. Rooms were quite clean. The infinity pool gives an excellent view of the skyline. Doing laundry is quite convenient also with 18ringitt each for washing and drying. The breakfast was also quite good. Best point is that the staff was quite welcoming. Would definately recommend staying here.

walkable distance to trx mall. good view. amenities are ok. no bottled water given but there’s a filtered tap for drinking water

The pros is this is a pet friendly hotel with extra pet charge of RM217 per night. The cons is the service is bad the customer service is not really good

Travelled as a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. Arrived in the night and check in was quick. Requested for an extra bed and the bed was ready by the time check in was done. Service at the front desk was good and with a smile.......always nice to see when you're tired- service with a lovely smile. Rooms are clean and the bed very comfortable! Breakfast area is welcoming and warm. Food was good and the selection sufficient. Would recommend this hotel!
