It was a great 4 days except for the fact that the pool is under maintenance and the card only works for 1 elevator which is on the last lift on the right but either way, I'll say we had a really great time staying at this place. Hope to be back here soon

Easy check in process, will come back again, room is clean and tidy.

It’s a run down old hotel with poor management . Rooms were infested by cockroaches everywhere. There was no hotwater , lukewarm at best . Bathtub drain wasn’t functioning so could not use the tub. Could not wait to check out. I also saw another guest complaining that her room was bad and supposed to change rooms but no one got back to her . For which the staff said ok noted . Hotel should not be listed in Trip.com IMHO

Regret that the property had s bad stench smell with dead cockroach. Bed was dirty with wet patches. Kitchen tray was dirty and toilet was not flushed. It was disgusting.Trip had to refund my stay as owner was not responding to essays or call!

The place is very clean, 15 minutes by walk from KL Sentral Metro station and Pasar Seni Metro station.

The staff was warm, professional, and eager to assist with directions and local tips. The check-in process was smooth. Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and spotlessly clean, I loved that the apartment-style unit came with a kitchenette (microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator) which gave us some flexibility. We had a lovely view of the city skyline from our window, will come back again for sure

I stay here every time iam in town. Amazing big rooms. Friendly staff that always go the extra mile to help, especially Vicky. Can't go wrong with this place.

We booked 2 rooms, each room inside has another 2 rooms (1 room x 2 queen bed, 1 room x1 queen bed). Total 6 queen beds to accommodate 12 adults. Since traveling with my family i did request our room to be near each other. Receptionists manage to allocate our room as per request. Once entered, the room is quite spacious, unfortunately, there are a few items that were totally malfunction like a water heater in one room, No tv in one room even has a tv wall bracket. No tv remote and the worst part, no water in another room. We did inform the reception, but no action was taken. So disappointed.

Very good hotels. With a very good manager Vicky who is listening, if we have questions and concerns. I highly recommend this hotel. ( Thanks to Vicky who helps us enormously and makes my friends laugh including me Divine, Melanie, Teney, Basma)

The rooms are untidy. And there were NO towels upon check in. Had to wait more than an hour to get them after requesting them. The entire unit was infested with small bugs n cockroaches😡Will never recommend and ever go again..

The room is large. Check-in is a breeze. Bed is comfortable. Living room conditioning is not working. One of the hairdryers is not working. Found some baby cockroaches roaming in the living room.

Its Very Nice Experience, Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Nice room, have everything I need for my short stay in town. Will book again in the future. They have a reception counter also, so easy to check in.
