The staff are very friendly, room is clean, just that the utilities like water a bit slow & fog. Since it is December raining season, so not much time can play around at the beach. The breakfast is delicious & quite a lot of choice. Overall its a nice place to spend with family.

Sadly this hotel a bit rundown and old dated even though the location was great. The food also average with minimal choice. Used to be great hotel. Hope the management can do something to improve the facilities.

The hotel is lovely and relaxing, everything is great and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was just an issue with the internet, but it wasn't a big deal. We want to come back again.

The location is perfect, with views of both Mount Santubong and the vast South China Sea. Despite coming on monsoon season, we still enjoy the view and swimming at the hilltop swimming pool. We were the only guest at the whole hilltop complex! It's a bit far from the main building where there's cafe etc but we enjoyed the quietness and the amazing view. The way to commute from our room the main building is either by the 24hr shuttle service or use the stairs downhill (beware only during the day and good weather) Food at the restaurant was good, we went for dinner and breakfast. The price also was very affordable for a hotel standard, a dinner bill total was about RM100 for 4 person! This wat at Cafe Satang. Staffs were all very helpful and well trained. Overall good experience.

The hotel and staff are great. I like the breakfast with lots of choices, only thing regret is this morning they don't have orange juice which is my favourite. I went to the poolside intend to buy orange juice but the staff told me orange juice is out of stock.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my extreme disappointment regarding our recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, the condition of the accommodations was unacceptable and significantly impacted our family vacation. Upon checking into our first room, we encountered several health and safety issues: * Lack of basic utilities: There was no water supply in the room. * Sanitation issues: The floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes at all times. * Biohazard concern: Most distressingly, we discovered bloodstains on the bedsheets. While I appreciate your team moving us to a second room, the situation did not improve. The water running from the taps was brown and dirty. Even after waiting over half an hour, the water quality remained the same. As a result, my family was unable to shower for the entirety of our trip. This experience fell far below the standards we expected. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a [full/partial] refund for our stay. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation.

I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure

Peaceful and safe location, 40 minutes from Kuching. Very quiet. Close to Sarawak Cultural Village. Many room options. Large swimming pool. Delicious and varied breakfast. Excellent!

Was a bit disapointed with the f&b staff especially the 2 staff at the kolo mee and egg station. Not friendly at all and i felt like i hv to begged them to get what i want since they showed zero interest to communicate with the guest. And what with the annoyed face!! But other than that everything else was ok.

The check in process was smooth, the room is huge and with a beautiful decor, also had a balcony to view the chalets and beach.. the breakfast was great with a variety of food to choose from.

The resort is peaceful with a beautiful beachfront view, perfect for relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were adequate and well maintained. Overall, it’s a nice place for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

One of the wall socket was not functioning, another one was damaged my power adapter After charging my phone. The floor was dirty, and the mattress gt alot watermark on it. The room was terrible old and broken.

Excellent... but it's very crowded during holiday season.
