We loved the island of Kume and the remote feeling in the only 4 star hotel on the island, amazing staff, amazing breakfast.

Good resort with great service, the amenities are a bit old and no charging port next to bed which is inconvenient

The hotel's location is terrible, surrounded by farmland and devoid of any convenience stores or shops. The hotel's own restaurant is closed on Sundays. The rooms are poorly cleaned, with cobwebs on the beds. Because the staff is extremely nearsighted, the original room we were given, 416, was severely moldy and unusable even with the doors and windows open for over five hours. After we informed the front desk, who, judging by their expression, clearly knew the mold, gave us room 408, which was better. The smoking area was in the scorching sun, making it completely unusable. The pool was so hot it closed at 9 p.m. The public baths had limited hours, opening from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., so we couldn't get up too early to use them in the evening. It was terrible. In addition, there was a 100 yen towel fee per person for swimming.

Beautiful and lovely. Full of hospitality. There's nothing around so enjoy your stay at the hotel.

One bus stop from the airport. There are very few people in the hotel. The dinner in the restaurant is very delicious, especially the desserts. The hotel has snapping turtles and sheep. You can also see the stars at night. It is not far from the city by bus.

It was my first time in Kumejima, it was very close to the airport, the food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay for two nights.

It was great!! All the staff were very nice, especially the male staff member who checked me in, who was very kind and gave me very helpful information about restaurants. The sunset and starry sky I saw from my room were an experience I can only have at this hotel. The hotel's special dressing and pineapple butter were delicious!! I was very satisfied with this hotel.

Overall: the experience was very good. Let me start with the shortcomings: because it is an island hotel, the corridors on the floor of the room are a bit damp. It was fine after the room was ventilated. Let me talk about the good things: (1) The staff was very friendly! There was a guy at the front desk who could speak some Chinese and knew the key words, so there was almost no problem in communication. The lady at the front desk was also very nice! The waiters in the restaurant were also very polite. (2) The hotel food was delicious! The 1,700 yen iron plate shrimp soup rice was delicious! Remember to make a reservation with the front desk when you check in. The most expensive set meal was really big and delicious! The miso soup for breakfast was very good, and the pumpkin salad was a must. (3) The outside environment was so beautiful. If the room only scored 70 points, then the outside environment could be rated 90 points. There were 2 big alligator turtles in the garden. It was also beautiful to walk to the beach. You could watch the sunset on the beach and even see the planes landing. It was great. Overall, it was very good.

Lage etwas weit weg zur Stadt, wir empfehlen ein Auto. Ansonsten superfreundliches Personal, toller Pool. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Очень красиво, близко к аэропорту, но тихо, не сразу поняли но зубные щетки и прочее были в холле их можно взять самостоятельно, персонал в отеле очень заботливый!

朝食も美味しく、立地も良かったです。インフィニティプールで遊びながら、夕日に照らされた飛行機が離陸するところを見れて子どもが大変喜んでいました。
