Radisson Resort Amp; Spa Lonavala

The food & ambience @ Raddisson lonavla was very good Thr hotel is a good combination of old rustic charm & modern ambience Location is a little away from the main market but still good Very good hospitality from lipu / balarisha & monika . Thank you to the Radisson Lonavla

The property was exceptionally well maintained. It’s a good mix of outdoor and indoor settings. Room was nice and comfortable with the bathtub being the icing on the cake. Food was nice as well with variety being the best part. It’s a nice place for a relaxing visit. Special shout out to @Mayur who is the trek guide as well as co-ordinate for multiple activities. Exceptional knowledge about the geography and takes everyone *****. Thanks Mayur!

This was my third property with radison.havevvisited a karjat and alibagh property before but this one is beat I can say .Service was very good .. really appreciate each and every staff for the efforts they put to make the customer stay best . Food was great . Will recommend to visit once at this property of Radison .

RADISSON' when we talk of this brand in hotel industry is known for its services and the relaxing atmosphere but on my recent stay (12 June to 14 June,2024) at the Lonavala property was very pathetic Restaurant staff specially the serving staff don't know how to treat the guest and the language is very local. I had booked the room with b/f and dinner so I went for the dinner and the staff told that buffet is cancelled (without prior intimation ) and you have to order from ala carte ... Somehow after the discussion (that too coz we were with two kids who were crying with hunger in front of staff )we settled for ala carte .. they literally bought the menu after 30 min.. after all this scenario next day mrng breakfast the same waitress (Monika )she was standing behind our table and she was unaware that we were there.. she was asking other waitress "what about the 20 number table wala, kal chadh raha tha buffet ke liye" (after this we cudnt bear n we rebuked her n left the property without having breakfast) This type of language was used, which was not expected from Radisson, who is known for the services and hospitality but this time it was a very disappointing stay.. Hope, needful action will be taken to avoid further incidences..

Radisson is best location for business meeting. Banquet team darshan ji , Kiran Ji are very helpful and they are too hardworking. And this resort is near by the Mumbai pune highway . For family trip, wedding this is a best location with all amenities

Excellent stay!!! During my stay we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of free activities offered.From morning Trek , mixology to karaoke there was something for everyone to enjoy without any additional cost. Additionally, the resort offered complimentary use of recreational facilities such as table tennis and bicycles. During my recent stay I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary cake arrangement provided by staff. It was a delightful gesture that added a special touch to my celebration. I would like to mention Ms. Rutuja was incredibly helpful and accommodating from the moment I checked in. Her friendly demeanor made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. She provided detailed information about the resort facilities and was proactive in addressing any queries I had throughout my stay. So the overall stay was pleasant and great! We will definitely looking forward to visit again 😊

We had a wonderful experience with a very warm welcome by staff in front office. The entire staff is very helpful front office, restaurant, bar. I love the unique architecture of the resort. we had very cozy stay. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the swimming pool. I specially like to mention Ms. Rutuja from reception and Ms. Balarisha from restaurant for the excellent service provided by them. Overall good resort in lonavala. Hope to visit soon 😄
