The room is simple and clean, with direct drinking water and robots, and it is very cost-effective. The waiter Tan Mingcong came to the room in time to teach us how to use the TV projection screen. All the staff are very polite. There are delicious food and beautiful scenery nearby, as well as the Zhuanxin Farmers' Market where tourists check in, and the Caohai Tunnel Park where you must go to see the reeds recently.

The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the cleaning is responsible, and the staff is generous and polite. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the most beautiful corner of Kunming and Kunming Old Street. It is also close to the subway station. If I have the opportunity to come to Kunming again, I will choose to stay here again.

The soundproofing is very poor... You can hear everything in the room, including conversations in the hallway and water running in the pipes. The location is about a 7-minute walk from the subway station, and there is a department store right in front of the subway station. There is a food alley right outside the hotel, so it is convenient.

The last stop of this trip was from Xishuangbanna to Mangshi and finally to Kunming. Since there was only more than half a day left, we chose to stay at the Four Seasons on the Cloud near the Kunming Botanical Garden. It was already 11:30 in the evening. Walking into the hotel really made people feel at home. The waiters in the hotel were very nice girls and boys, enthusiastic and energetic, and the service was considerate and thoughtful. There was a little hiccup in the middle, because the rental car was found to have scratches, and the service staff patiently called the surveillance camera to help analyze and find it. It turned out that the car rental company did not inform them. In short, just like the name of the hotel, which is romantic and warm, staying here brought a perfect ending to our trip. Four Seasons on the Cloud is a very cost-effective hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here when you have time.

The decoration is exquisite and elegant, and the front desk service is friendly. There are many breakfast options and the noodles are delicious. It is about 300 meters away from Tangzixiang Station of Metro Line 6. There are many places to eat on Wujing Road next to the station. The two end stations of Metro Line 6 are Airport Center and Tangzi Lane, so it is easy to get on the train with your luggage. The Eastern Bus Terminal is also on Metro Line 6, so it is very convenient to go to Shilin or Jiuxiang. There is a bus stop sign next to the hotel door. If the transfer route is planned properly, all scenic spots in the city can be reached. The laundry room has 2 washers and 1 dryer. It would be better if there is one more dryer.

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.
