"位置：比較偏，白天景色很好，適合度假，晚上有點陰森 環境：環境不錯，很安靜，沒什麼喧鬧聲，大門安保嚴格，不會進亂七八糟的人 服務：十二點四十左右到的吧，等到兩點多房間才好辦理的入住，兩點想問前台好了沒，結果前台沒人打電話也沒人接（一個小建議吧，就算一個人忙不過來，退房十二點和辦理入住十四點這個時間前台還是保持有人在最好）第二天找另一個小姐姐延了一小時時長，這個小姐姐態度很好很客氣，給人的感覺很舒服 早餐：餐廳自助區是沒有任何東西的，廚房在裏面是半開放式的，裏面大廳座位的燈也沒開，要早餐是需要自己去裏面窗台問工作人員的。這種情況的話，我覺得有必要主動提醒一下客人，不然以為沒早餐找半天還要問來問去太麻煩"

"When I checked in that day, I arrived quite late, so I was assigned to a different building, also on the top floor. The room was beautiful and very clean. Although it was a bit small, I had requested a quiet room, which is why I chose one on a corner. Even though the room was small, I could still see Dianchi Lake, and across the street was the Dounan Flower Market. This is an apartment hotel, meaning there are many different hotels within the same building, so it can feel a bit crowded with various people. However, being on the top floor, it was relatively quiet. There's a small garden on the rooftop with two adorable, super friendly cats, especially the grey and white one. When I squatted down, it jumped right onto me. The front desk staff were also very kind and proactively helped me with my luggage."

"I was a little nervous when I went to Yunnan for the first time. After getting off the plane, the boss lady came to pick us up and we arrived at the hotel smoothly. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The ladies were very considerate and friendly. "Amazing place ! Spotless , amazing bed ! Very cosy ! Receptionists and staff go beyond their duty to help ! I was very touched by their kindness ! Despite the fact that nobody speaks English, they have translators and a lot of patience ! Only one hour drive to the stone forest . Location is ok once you are familiar with your surroundings. "We would 100% recommend to stay at this hotel. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The hotel and garden are absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable. There is a self cleaning toilet, a big shower, a comfortable bed, a nice small sitting area and our room also had a private balcony with a beautiful view. Every morning we were welcomed around the big table with delicious Yunnan coffee and the most delicious home cooked breakfast. The host is an amazing cook. It was a very pleasant surprise every morning. The location of the hotel is also amazing. In less than 5 minutes walk you reach Chamahua street with many local food options. In less than 10 minutes you can hike in the Xishan scenic area and visit beautiful temples. By metro and taxi you can easily reach the city center. Also, if you don't speak Chinese like us, it's not a problem. One of the hosts speak a bit if English and everyone was really making an effort to communicate with translation apps."

"Landing in Kunming, take a taxi directly to the hotel, The room was clean and tidy, and spacious enough. The boss was very good. We played in Kunming for a day and then rushed to the high-speed rail. The boss also helped to store the luggage. Thank you very much. Recommended"

"The room layout was stunning, truly reflecting a designer brand's touch. The TV screen was massive, and the two large floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner offered incredibly open views. The amenities provided were also top-notch. What really stood out was the impeccable butler service. They contacted me in advance to ask about my needs, and knowing I was driving, they even sent me the parking location, saving me a lot of hassle. They also gave detailed directions to Dounan Flower Market (it's not far, but you need to follow road regulations, which makes it feel a bit longer). There was one minor issue: even though we were on the 28th floor, the noise from passing cars on the road at night still affected my sleep quality."
