The guesthouse exceeded my expectations; the environment was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and attention was paid to every detail. I highly recommend it. The owner is incredibly kind; he communicated with me about check-in arrangements in advance and even shared local food and travel tips, treating me like a friend.
- When I encountered any problems, the owner responded very quickly and efficiently, resolving issues with great care and consideration, making my stay very reassuring.

MM477336****The room is spacious, and the hotel's central location is great, very close to Nanping Street and Shuncheng, making it convenient for shopping. There are also kittens in the hotel that are very friendly. The front desk staff are enthusiastic; they helped carry our luggage, and even prepared delicious hot milk in the evening, which tasted like 'guanguan kaonai' (canned roasted milk tea), with a rose flavor – very thoughtful and tasty! It's even better than what you can buy outside. The hotel environment is also exceptionally beautiful!

SSarah from ItalyThis was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend.
Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!!
They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator.
We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon.
When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊
We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did.

MM18252****I specifically booked this place in Kunming for its convenience when transferring to high-speed rail, as it's truly close – right outside the door. This makes catching an early high-speed train very easy. The room isn't huge and feels a bit dated. The showerhead sprays like a high-pressure washer; it definitely needs to be repaired or replaced. Taking a shower at night felt like being zapped.

The hotel and garden are absolutely beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable. There is a self cleaning toilet, a big shower, a comfortable bed, a nice small sitting area and our room also had a private balcony with a beautiful view.
Every morning we were welcomed around the big table with delicious Yunnan coffee and the most delicious home cooked breakfast. The host is an amazing cook. It was a very pleasant surprise every morning.
The location of the hotel is also amazing. In less than 5 minutes walk you reach Chamahua street with many local food options. In less than 10 minutes you can hike in the Xishan scenic area and visit beautiful temples. By metro and taxi you can easily reach the city center.
Also, if you don't speak Chinese like us, it's not a problem. One of the hosts speak a bit if English and everyone was really making an effort to communicate with translation apps.

GGuest UserI arrived late and was helped by a friendly man in the reception. The hostel is close to the train station, which was important as I was leaving with an early train. Got a small breakfast to pack with me the next day (included). Fun to sleep in a pod and I slept well, the shower had both shampoo and conditioner, so happy with the amenities. However, the girls room smelled like urin, I couldn’t understand where it came from because it was not from my sheets, the smell was not inside the pod luckily, but somewhere in the room. I might have just been unlucky with the timing, arriving so late as well.

AAcw2005Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.

LLidusGreat location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
