Comfortable and clean room
It takes about 15 minutes' walk from the Metro.
The hotel's staff are also very friendly and accommodating.
The photo taken was the view from the nearby mall.

Hotel room was clean and hugh. Has a tea area in the room which was sweet and good for some light refreshment. Malls within walking distance and plenty of good food around. We found a garden nearby and were blessed with the most beautiful cherry blossoms in season. 🌸🌸🌸 if coming by train take metro Line 1 and stop at CHUNRONG ST

What a great high floor unit, and very convenient to walk to a good mall for food and entertainment. Also possible to walk to metro station to get to other places. Easy to get to airport too via metro. Clean and comfortable room and good toilet.

Clean and organised hotel room! Highly recommended!
I like that the hotel includes shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, weighing scale, disposable slippers. All the basic amenities expected from a hotel are available. The reception offers free bottled water too. The wall sockets have USB ports.
There is no fridge in the room… the temperature is already very cold.

Good location but not very convenient. Because can not find it in the Google maps where I spent 1 hours after the hotel's staff pick me up to the hotel. But hotel block area had day market in the ground road side which is very nice to me.

Despite none of the staff speaking English at all, they went above and beyond to assist and were very kind and helpful. The only reason I stayed was due to their effort and kindness.
The new name is Better Dreams and I suspect previous reviews were for the "Petal Cloud" hotel.
The hotel was a mixed bag: brand new room with modern facilities, but it had been smoked in and an ashtray sat right underneath the no-smoking sign. The window was very small so it had no view and was difficult to air out.
The breakfast is only Chinese, but was serviceable.
Apart from serving breakfast, the restaurant does not serve any kind of food so one needs to find it at a nearby mall. The hotel is on the upper floors of a residential apartment complex and it takes just over an hour ti get into the old part of Kunming. I thought it was close to the train station I needed, but it turns out it was the wrong station.

The hotel is far away from all the main spots. There is not much to discover in this area. The room was spacious though. We had to request a third towel and the cleaning service did not come once in 3 days.
