Excellent hotel service from from desk to housekeeper. Clean and cozy room, free airport pickup was easy to arrange, free gift upon check in was warm, free night snacks beyond my expectation. The female front desk receptionist very helpful and patiently to solve all my queries as a foreigner. Thumbs up to this hotel👏👏👏

Had a short stay after landed in Kunming. Great stay and clean environment. But there was strong smoking smell in the room.

Stayed here for one night as our flight arrived late. Although near the airport the place is quite inaccessible and deep in near factories. Room was decent, cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast quite low quality, can skip and get better elsewhere.

We were also guaranteed a 3-hour late check-out, and they provided complimentary late-night snacks along with a special souvenir (Yunnan-style cookies). The free airport pick-up and drop-off service (24-hour pick-up, hourly drop-off) was a fantastic perk, and our pick-up driver was especially considerate and helpful. I'm truly looking forward to my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This place truly deserves a great review. I landed at Kunming Airport very early in the morning, completely exhausted. After collecting my luggage, I contacted the driver, and the hotel's pick-up spot was very easy to find, leading to a quick and smooth pick-up. The driver had an excellent attitude and was incredibly patient, even managing to pull my luggage with one hand while answering pick-up calls from other guests with the other. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in was seamless. The hotel even provided a lovely welcome gift of fresh flower cakes and tamarind sweets, which were absolutely delicious. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was equipped with smart controls, allowing me to turn off all the lights with just a voice command. A simple breakfast was also provided the next morning. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing an overnight stay near Kunming Airport. Check-out was effortless, making the entire process stress-free and providing a seamless and painless start to your vacation.

One of my best transit experience! I had to transit at Kunming for 17hours so I decide to book this hotel on Trip. Very worth the price! The hotel offers free airport pickup and drop off, complimentary meals both breakfast and late at night. Staffs don’t know English but they are very friendly! Only downside is the hotel location is a bit remote so there’s not anything to do around.

I've stayed at three airport hotels, and this one truly exceeded my expectations. The airport shuttle takes just 20 minutes to reach the terminal, making early morning flights stress-free. Even for late-night/early-morning arrivals, there's a complimentary shuttle service, and the driver kindly helps with luggage. The room, while not spacious, was spotlessly clean. The AC was quiet, and the soundproof windows ensured absolutely no aircraft noise. Multiple charging ports by the bed were incredibly convenient for charging phones and power banks. Breakfast starts promptly at 7 AM, featuring a build-your-own rice noodle bar with various toppings. A hot cup of soy milk was a perfect, comforting and time-saving choice. The only minor drawback was the limited pillow selection; a buckwheat pillow option would have been perfect. For catching a flight, this hotel is a comfortable and stress-free choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kunming!

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've ever stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great hotel right by the airport. The service was excellent, incredibly warm and attentive, and the rooms are easily comparable to those in 400+ RMB hotels. I absolutely loved it! Next time I'm in Kunming, I'll skip the city center and stay here again. Getting around is also a breeze – just a quick taxi ride to the metro station. It saved me a ton of money!

Guaranteed 3-hour late check-out: As my flight was after 6:00 PM, this late check-out was absolutely fantastic, allowing me to get an extra nap in. Complimentary late-night food service + a souvenir (special Yunnan shortbread): It truly made me feel right at home. Free airport shuttle service (24-hour pickup, hourly drop-off): The driver who picked me up in the middle of the night was a bit gruff, but I completely understand, as he must have been exhausted. For the 4:00 PM shuttle, I was the only passenger – essentially getting a private car, which was incredible value!
