這次入住的酒店完全戳中了我對“舒適休憩”的期待！選址避開了城市中心的嘈雜，推開窗就是安靜的綠植景觀，待在房間裏幾乎聽不到外界噪音，隔音效果遠超預期，晚上睡覺特別安穩。
工作人員的服務更是暖心，從辦理入住時耐心介紹設施，到日常遇到時主動微笑問好，有次想借充電線，幾分鐘就送到了房間，全程態度熱情又專業。這樣環境清幽、服務貼心的酒店，下次來一定還選這裏！

和朋友到昆明玩，入住這家酒店，酒店在19樓，我們自駕來的 從地下車庫上去19樓有前台，裏面設施比較新，全部智能系統，廁所乾濕分離很好，房間乾淨整潔。樓高視野比較好。

預訂的是家庭親子套房，結果辦理入住時就出了岔子——先是被告知前一位客人還沒退房，説兩點能入住，我們就一直等着，可等到三點多再問，卻説還得再等將近一個小時。好不容易等夠時間回來，得到的答覆更是讓人窩火：所謂的“親子套房”，竟然就是兩間完全獨立分開的房間，一間雙床、一間大床，連點套房的影子都沒有！
這哪是套房？分明是把兩間普通房硬湊成了“親子套房”來糊弄人！對我們帶孩子的家庭來説，這種安排太不方便了——孩子在兩個房間來回跑既麻煩又得時刻操心安全，完全沒有套房該有的便捷和互動空間。
預訂時衝著“套房”的舒適性和便利性來的，結果不僅遭遇長時間延遲入住，還被房型訊息嚴重誤導，體驗感極差。真心提醒想訂家庭套房的朋友，一定要慎重，別再踩這種坑！
