the location is very easy to find through Didi apps. Taxi can fetch and drop us exactly in front of the entrance of the hotel. the hotel is very near to nanping street food and malls. service by the hotel is also great, very helpful, easy to communicate (using google translate 🤭)

Love the ambience and the environment. With wonderful four flurry friends to play with.

Great location and friendly hotel staff. We’ve alot of luggages and they help us to bring up and down the stairs. Very greatful for them. No lift in the hotel compound but staff are very willing to help out!

Nice small boutique hotel in the city center, quiet and very clean. The central garden is really beautiful and quiet, perfect to enjoy a tea. The rooms are clean and well maintained (but no way to hang clothes, that's the only minor point). The staff is helpful and nice. Many opportunities for shopping or restaurants in the nearby pedestrian streets of Kunming.

Cozy and quiet place to stay that is near the old streets :) We can always return to rest and play with the kittens who are roaming around the garden!

The room was very nice (and even tasteful), with good heating, in principle justifying the price, but there were noises and unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom area at night. Everything else wss perfect.

The courtyard is located in the core business district of Nanping Pedestrian Street. It is a 3-minute walk to Nanqiang Street Food Street, a 5-minute walk to Jinma Bijifang, and a 10-minute walk to Cuihu Park. Despite being located in a busy city, the homestay creates a quiet space through soundproofing design (double-glazed glass). The century-old Osmanthus fragrans trees and mini waterscape in the courtyard form the "Wizard of Oz" in the city. You can wake up to the singing of birds in the morning and watch the stars in the courtyard at night, as if time and space have intertwined here. There is a cat house in the yard, with several cute cats in it. Xixi is easy-going and friendly, Pangpang is mighty and domineering, Huanhuan is cold and distant, and Yuanyuan is close but distant. The five kittens are soft, sticky, ignorant and cute, and each of them is a fascinating existence. The store has cat snacks available, and guests can get some from the front desk if they want to feed the cats. The age of the old house has gradually settled into a simple and heavy style in this warm and cozy atmosphere, which is very charming! (One shortcoming: there is no refrigerator in the room, it would be perfect if there was one)

The hotel's yard is very beautiful, with many kittens, delicious breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, and the housekeeper provides toothbrushes and slippers for children. The location of the B&B is very good, just on the roadside, just drive downstairs, very suitable for the elderly and children. The B&B is very close to the pedestrian street, you can walk there, and you can take a taxi downstairs, which is very convenient.

I stayed in Kunming for only one night before heading to Lijiang. I just wanted to take a break, but I didn't expect that Xingyun Liyuan would make me fall in love with Kunming. Downstairs of the hotel is Ai Shang Jun Hot Pot and Cui Man Lou Po Su Bao. It's a 10-minute walk to Kunming Old Street. It's so happy to be able to taste Yunnan's specialties without walking far with the kids. The layout of the yard and the room is comfortable and beautiful, and the housekeeper responds promptly. The family is very satisfied with the stay. I have recommended it to friends who will come to Yunnan in the future👄
