The room facilities are very complete, and the hygiene is also very clean. The service is excellent, and personal issues are responded to and resolved promptly. Especially the environment here, it allows people to relax and offers a great experience.

Right by Dianchi Lake, the hotel has its own park with a small lake where you can spot seagulls. The environment is absolutely fantastic. It's just a short walk to Haigeng Park. The breakfast spread is generous, and ordering takeout is super convenient. If you're bringing elderly family members, they'll definitely love a vacation here. The shower water in the rooms is even mineral water! The only minor drawback is that the showerhead is a bit old-fashioned.

First time in Kunming, and this hotel was excellent! The service was incredibly thoughtful and patient. They helped us change rooms three times due to personal reasons, which we really appreciated. They even offered complimentary breakfast for the kids! The hotel environment is beautiful, and its proximity to Dian Lake is super convenient. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location right at the entrance of Haigang Park. Just about 100 meters from the hotel, there's a shuttle bus for the Xishan cable car. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. The smart toilet is a real highlight, and the hot spring water for showering is a luxurious touch. Plus, bottled water is complimentary. The breakfast offers a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. From the backyard, you can see Yunnan Nationalities Village across the lake. This season, there are flocks of seagulls in the lake; as long as you have bread, you'll always be the center of attention, without needing to go to the crowded Dianchi Lake. The staff are very welcoming and the free parking lot is quite large.

The location is superb, right by Dianchi Lake scenic area. You can constantly feel the sea breeze and the sunshine. The hotel itself also has a large lake with cypress trees and seagulls flying around – a truly top-notch experience. The service is warm and attentive, making you feel right at home.

This hotel is great, right by the park, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They even extended our check-out time for us, which was a huge help with two kids and a tight schedule. We also got a nice discount for extending our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Though the hotel is a bit old, it's definitely worth recommending. The views are absolutely stunning! We saw three squirrels 🐿️ scampering around, and being away from the city's hustle and bustle felt so peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has a large lake, and directly across from it is the Ethnic Village. It's also super close to Dianchi Lake, making it really convenient for feeding the seagulls, and getting around is a breeze!

The hotel environment is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. They also offer a complimentary tea tasting experience, and the staff member was very professional and enthusiastic. Coming here for a vacation is truly a treat for the mind and body. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip! A very happy and satisfying stay!

I highly recommend this hotel! It's the perfect choice for a getaway, with an incredibly beautiful environment that's great for vacations and taking photos. The hotel's large lawn, combined with the redwoods by Dianchi Lake and the seagulls, is absolutely stunning. This is definitely the right hotel for a holiday!

Good location, excellent services

The hotel has a mix of old and newly renovated rooms. The old rooms are really worn down as we were stay in the older rooms for the first night. We were upgraded to the newer ones for the second and third night thanks to the hotel management. New room are fitted with smart technology and amenities were complete in the room and all other facilities were working fine. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Surrounding area is nice, especially hotel backyard with beautiful scenery from every corner of the hotel room facing a clean lake. Fantastic location within walking distance to the big Dianchi Lake & Yunan Nationalist Villages & easy access to the famous Western Hill. It was great spending 3 days there.

Very warm welcoming stuffs and perfect located hotel.

Very near to Dianchi Lake, around 5min walk. Next to Yunnan Nationalities Village, can use shortcut to walk there. Many eatery around. Facilities are limited. Room's noticeably aged. Cleanliness is fine. Service is quite good.

We had a wounferful stay in this hotel. We have even been upgraded ! The staff was very welcoming and helpful, we recommand it if you are in kunming and want to visit the lake dianchi !
