Very near metro. Exit C, walk straight about 50 feet, saw a cafe, turn left
Walking distance to Green lake, Zhuanxin wholesale market, one stop to Nanping pedestrian and old Kunming city.
Quite old but clean.
No lift, walk up steps.
Toilet ceiling is quite low. If you are 1.7 m or more, you may hit the ceiling.

For price it is alright and good, reception was kind but no english. The main problem was tons of mosquitoes, could not sleep at all, although I “removed” 10 of them.

The hotel is just an 8-9 minute walk from Green Lake Park（Cuihu Park）. You can also take the subway line 3 from the hotel to the airport; transportation is very convenient. The rooms are well-equipped, and a hot shower can wash away the travel fatigue. In the backyard of the hotel, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the pathway paved with blue stones is quite charming. The owner is sincere and friendly, and can have basic conversations in Japanese, which is very convenient. The cost-performance ratio is high, and it's acceptable for ordinary people. If you need a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. You'll come in happy and leave satisfied!

As expected from the pictures my room was very small but at least it was very cheap! Staff didn't speak English but they were very friendly. Location itself is very good, 50 meters from subway station. Overall I would recommend the place!

We had an un appropriate photo in are room of a naked woman and smell of cigarettes. Beside that everything was really good(location, bed, shower)

Great location less than a minute from the metro. it was easy to get to dragons gate on the metro. As it's the same line
Also easy to get to the centre of the vitu. Staff friendly and helpful. it's budget and basic, but clean. I would happily go back agsin

Pretty good. Excellent location literally 20 meters from subway. The shared bathroom is the downside. Not really clean. But for the price, it's a good value.

The hotel is located in the courtyard of Huaqiao New Village, with an elegant environment. It is close to the subway station and the transportation is very convenient. It is very close to Cuihu Lake and diagonally opposite to Yunnan University Hospital. It is directly opposite to Walmart and the food court. It is really convenient. The room is clean, with good ventilation through the window, and the hot water is great. The price is affordable, and the front desk service is warm and enthusiastic. Oh, by the way, you can park a few cars in the courtyard. A very good accommodation experience. Great!
