蠻好的，位置蠻好，設施齊全，就是東西有點多，小孩子太調皮，東西要收撿，被小孩子摔壞了東西，也沒讓賠。房東姐姐認真打掃衞生，是用心經營的民宿。

交通太便利了，下樓來旁邊有條小吃街花鳥市場，過了紅燈路口就是沃爾瑪超市和延安醫院，這次來就是去醫院檢查。簡直省心省力了。房間裏面配套設施很齊全可以洗衣服、可以做飯，太有家的感覺了！忙了忘記拍照了。還要謝謝美麗的房東～

房間佈局和圖片一樣，位置就在漢庭酒店那棟樓，來延安醫院住院住的，步行到醫院就5分鐘，對面就是沃爾瑪。房東阿姨很熱情。#衞生很乾凈#服務服務很好#位置交通步行到延安醫院5分鐘#房間設施設施齊備，還有音響吉他五子棋在裏面

之前住了幾天，入住體驗很好，房東熱情周到，屋內乾淨且設施齊全電視可以投屏熱水很快還有個衣架和書桌，附近有商場有美食街，價格實惠，總體很滿意的一次入住！

位置很好，離翠湖公園，昆明老街就3公里，樓下吃的很多，共享電動車也很多。房間很寬敞也很乾凈，房東很容易就聯繫上，各項都交待的很清楚，退房也簡單。

非常乾淨，這個價格對比房間超預期太多太多，床單被套和室內非常的衞生，住了兩晚，必須好評，還有五子棋，吉他，畫板和其他益智類的桌遊和玩具，家電傢俱非常齊全，房東也很客氣。這個位置去哪裡都很方便，也很好找。
