TV was not able to be turned on
Washroom door sealer was damaged and caused water leaked out side
Towels were old and afraid to use
Bed linens looked new in contrast to the bedroom towels
Location in very good, especially for food
Not very far from railway station and subway. You only need to take bus for two stops and cost for $2.00.

This is a super budget hotel near university campus. Catering mostly for students. The reception is shared with 3 other budget hotels within the same building. Lifts seen to be ready to breakdown any time.
Have many small food joints and cafes and street carts at night. This is the only + point.
Near Kunming South Train station.

嚴重欺詐！圖片與實際天壤之別！環境差、設施缺，強烈避雷！極其失望！這家酒店的宣傳圖片與實際房間簡直是兩個世界，赤裸裸的欺詐消費者！我此生中第一個差評給到你們酒店！
一、
預訂時看到的房間圖片寬敞明亮、裝修精緻、温馨舒適。實際打開房門，完全傻眼！房間又小又舊，牆壁有污漬，傢俱破舊不堪，整體環境陰暗壓抑，與精美圖片判若雲泥。這根本不是“僅供參考”的程度，而是徹頭徹尾的虛假宣傳！
二、
房間整體衞生狀況極差，床品感覺陳舊不乾淨，房間有異味。連最基本的衞生要求都達不到，如何服務客人？沙發黃漬明顯，床不敢躺，沙發不敢坐！
三、
最離譜的是號稱的“雙人床”！床上竟然衹有一個枕頭！雙人床配一個枕頭？這簡直刷新認知！連這種最基本的需求都如此敷衍，可見酒店的服務態度和管理水平有多差勁。其他設施也極其簡陋，與圖片展示的完全不符。
四、
入住體驗糟糕透頂。住進了一個貨不對板的“照騙”房間。欺騙感極強，心情非常糟糕。
這是一次極其失敗的入住體驗。酒店用虛假圖片吸引顧客，提供遠低於宣傳價值且衞生、設施都嚴重不達標的房間。強烈建議各位消費者擦亮眼睛，謹慎選擇！希望酒店能正視問題，停止這種欺騙行為！

L'hébergement est situé en face du parc de l'université. Le quartier est très agréable (jeune, et très vivant avec un marché de nuit et de nombreux commerces de bouche). La gare Kunming sud est à 20 minutes à pied.
Les chambres sont propres. En revanche, le matelas est de mauvaise qualité (on dort sur des ressorts..).
Les agents d'accueil ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais mais on s'en sort avec un traducteur.

避雷，避坑，豪華雙床房看過來！衞生環境設施差，圖片虛假誤導，類似鄉村旅社！估計來住過的都感覺被坑了！一棟公寓樓，七八個小老闆分包，環境差，管理混亂。2.環境衞生差，入户有異味，廁所狹小，設備陳舊，有積水。地板老舊，簡易板床，窗簾搖搖欲墜，陽台環境更差。
