Hotel is nice. Room is good. Washroom is good. Breakfast is great. Everything was digital. Looks good in most things except the noise. Elevator 🛗 noise is too much in whole building and it sounds like metro 🚇 train passing through station after each 5 minutes. This hotel is on 2nd floor so 3rd floor people make noise till midnight and early morning. Which is very common here in China they shut doors hardly and not care for other humans sleepy. Also the cleaning lady start cleaning on 8:00 🕗 I think it’s not good they should start cleaning after 9:00. Because they make more noise during cleaning. So, if you noise sensitive then it’s terrible place to stay. If you don’t care noise then it’s amazing place to stay. The choice is yours. Thanks

The location is good, pick up upon arrival worked good. The room is modern and clean. The washing mashine and drier are also free and modern. The staff at the reception is also very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a huge building, but they occupe only the floors 25-26-27. This huge building has only 3 elevators and we needed always extra long time to go down or up (like 5-10 min.). Because this reason we arrived at 8:02 down to the reception and saw that the minivan left without us and we needed to call a taxi by our costs.

The room is spacious and clean, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is very close to the subway station, there are many restaurants around, and it is next to Wanda Plaza. The room is also very soundproof. I will stay here again next time. I really recommend it, especially the lady at the front desk who was very enthusiastic in guiding us to park and help with our luggage, and reminded us to bring thick clothes. Pros: - The room was new and stylish. - Had the largest TV I had ever seen in any hotel. - Hotel provides fresh fruit plate and tremella and pear dessert nightly. - bottled water and drinks available free flow from The fridge at reception desk. - bed and pillows were very comfortable, providing a good night’s rest. - about 20 min walk to the dounan flow market. - the reception kindly helped us collect our courier delivery. Cons: - room size was on the small side. There was barely space to keep 2 28” luggages open. - Our taxi had difficulty finding the location of the hotel even with the address provided and using baidu map. - we arrived at 11+pm and there was no one at the reception. The booking stated that reception was open 24hrs thus we did not make arrangement to notify about our arrival time. There was a signage that states that we could call a local mobile number to reach the staff. However, as our e-sim only had data and no talktime, we were unable to contact them, nor add them to WeChat. Eventually, fortunately a fellow hotel guest stepped out of their room and was kind enough to help us make a call to contact the reception. Overall a good experience.
