Our best stay in our Shanghai and Suzhou Hangzhou trip! Booked a family room here for our two days one night stay nearby 周庄。 the lady boss is very very very helpful and friendly. They help us with our luggage, show us where to have our meal, and help us with the entrance tix as well. The bedroom is very very clean, and this Airbnb is just 3mins walk away from 周庄. I can tell that the lady boss really loves what she is doing, welcome all the guest with warm and smile. She welcomed us with some snacks and fruits, When we left, she gave us some biscuit and help us with the luggage again. Will definitely go back and share with my friends if they are going to 周庄

In recent days, the outdoor temperature was 30 degrees, but the hotel room was 25 degrees, and the corridor was 27.5 degrees. I didn't feel it during the day because I went out, but I was woken up many times by the heat at night. On the first night, I communicated with the front desk and was told that the hotel stipulated that the air conditioner should not be turned on. They only turned on the wind and sent an air cooler, but I continued to be woken up by the heat. On the second day, I communicated with the front desk and turned on the air conditioner. When I went to bed at night, I turned off the main switch and woke up several times by the heat. I communicated with the front desk again early in the morning and was told that the hotel did turn off the air conditioner at night😱😱😱, which was really too much. Later, the hotel expressed its apologies and immediately turned on the main switch of the air conditioner😡😡😡The hotel is too dogmatic. It turns on and off the central air conditioner according to the season instead of the weather forecast, and does not consider the guests. Of course, the hotel also has good aspects. The scenery is pleasant and quiet. The room is large and clean. The sound insulation effect is good, which is suitable for self-cultivation.

Well, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

The location is at the end of the street directly opposite the scenic spot, with a quiet feeling in the bustling city. There are complete food and drink facilities around, free parking, and they also helped us upgrade our room. The service was very good.

The hotel facilities are complete, neat and clean. The room I booked this time also has a terrace, which makes people comfortable! The hotel is convenient for travel because there is a bus stop at the door, and it is very close to Zhouzhuang attractions. There are convenient and abundant restaurants around. It is worth staying! Facilities: The hotel is relatively new and simple. The highlight is the projection and toilet. HD members can watch most blockbusters and TV series. The toilet has smart technology. The only flaw is that the bathroom shower is a little small. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, refer to hotel standards. Environment: It is less than 300 meters away from the entrance of Shen's house in Zhouzhuang, facing the Long Bridge of Mingyue Lake. The scenery is beautiful, and it is quiet to sleep at night. There is a balcony where you can drink tea and enjoy the scenery. The boss is warm and generous. Basically, you can make any request. I will recommend friends to stay here.

The boss was very nice, we had a great experience at this place, the hotel location was very close to the entrance to the old town, we were hungry at night, asked the boss if there was any convenience store still open, he went to check by himself and make sure the door was still open, and go with us, because it was already dark at 11 o'clock at night. When we checked out, he also gave us local specialty cake, everyone should come stay at this hotel when coming to ZhouZhuang, high recommend.

This homestay is in a great location, next to the southeast entrance of the scenic area, away from the noise of the scenic area, very quiet. I booked a family room on the first floor. There is a small courtyard in front of the door. I enjoyed it very much by lying on a chair, enjoying the breeze and drinking a cup of coffee. The boss is very enthusiastic and provides various conveniences. I wish the boss's mother good health and hope she can use the electric suitcase to travel soon~

The hotel's location is impeccable, and the service awareness is superb. It happened to be the May Day holiday, and they called us in advance to tell us how to navigate to avoid congested roads. Great. We booked late and didn't get a lake view twin room, and the room was a little off. However, there was a dog in another room barking for more than half an hour early in the morning, which seriously disturbed my sleep (see video). Fortunately, the dog stopped making noises soon after I called the front desk.

The room itself is in a good location, very close to the attractions, you can also park for free, live very at ease The boss is very good. I lost my things. I didn’t expect the boss to call me and send it home.
