"This is a 5 star hotel in Kunshan but the whole building of hotel centralised aircon was switched off and the reason they gave me was because its not the time of the year yet. Ended up, I have a standing fan with me for 2 nights. But breakfast spread was good, size of room was good. But comfort size…… I will not recommend. I was not prepared to be with no aircon."

"This hotel is brand new, with Crowne Plaza on the 1st floor and Holiday Inn on the 2nd. We specifically chose Crowne Plaza this time for the bathtub. The recreational facilities are shared with the Holiday Inn. What really impressed me was the swimming pool. Picture 2 shows the gym lobby, which is beautifully decorated, and the equipment inside is quite good; the Patriot hairdryer, for example, is just as effective as some more famous brands. Breakfast felt a bit rushed, though. If you go down around 9:40 AM, many items aren't replenished, but the pan-fried buns at breakfast were incredibly delicious. Despite the high guest traffic, I never once had to wait or feel crowded in the elevators. The service was excellent. Among all the hotels I've stayed in recently, this one had the cleanest rooms, and the bedding was great, making for a very comfortable sleep. The crib, an IKEA one, was also very good. The hotel's service is also excellent, and they even provide car charging. The location is also fantastic; I heard it's very close to Line 11, so next time I might even take the subway to stay here."

"* 🏨 The stay experience was extremely satisfying — must leave a great review! 📍 Super Convenient Location The hotel location is really great — right next to a large shopping mall, so shopping and dining are all close by. The biggest surprise was a Starbucks right at the entrance on the ground floor. Grab a coffee in the morning before heading out — super convenient~ 💁 Front Desk Service Was Amazing The front desk staff, Ms. Li Xin, was absolutely wonderful! She was very warm and enthusiastic from the moment we walked in, giving a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and nearby recommendations so we never felt lost. What touched me most was that she proactively upgraded us to a 270-degree view room — truly so thoughtful! 🌃 The View Room Was Totally Worth It The view from the upgraded room was stunning. The 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows made the whole room so bright. At night you could see Suzhou's city lights — beautiful and perfect for photos ✨ Staying in this room was absolutely worth it! 💯 Overall Summary This stay was truly satisfying — from location to service to the room view, everything exceeded expectations. This is the hotel friends will keep asking about. Next time I visit Suzhou, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"The hardware is OK, the service is average, lacking enthusiasm. I will not stay here again this time. The breakfast is simple and has few varieties. Some of the food is cold. How can the guests eat in the winter? It is not worthy of the title of Five Diamonds. The central air-conditioning is noisy at night and the hygiene is worrying. The receptionist at the front desk is very average, with no smile or enthusiasm at all. It is not much different from a simple chain hotel. I will not say more."

"I've stayed here multiple times, and each experience has been great. Both the front desk and room service are very satisfying. While the breakfast options aren't extensive, the taste suits Southern palates. I especially liked that the pool water temperature was just right. The room's hot water was perfect without needing to add cold water. Even during the seasonal change, the lack of air conditioning was fine since there was fresh air available. I'll definitely choose Jinling Hotel again if I have the chance."

Check in was fast and they had available rooms hence we will able to get to our rooms before the usual check in time. "The Dianshan Lake boasts stunning scenery, and this was my first time staying at the Sheraton Dianshan Lake. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and to my great surprise and delight, they offered a free upgrade to an executive lake view room. The moment I entered the hallway and the room itself, I was greeted by the sparkling lake, with the evening glow reflecting beautifully on its surface. The breakfast was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of fresh Chinese and Western options. It was a truly wonderful experience that left a lasting impression. See you next time!"
