Amazing location in the ancient town. Nice and cosy with very nice view. The room is facing the main scenic river area and I enjoy sipping tea while looking at the view. Room is clean and nice. The owner and assistants are very friendly. They even offered local delights snacks and carried my heavy luggage up to the room and across th bridge when I checked out. Definitely would stay here again if I visit this area.

This is a great hotel with a beautiful garden. They have two painted turtles and a snapping turtle, which are quite interesting. The room must have been upgraded, which was very nice. In the afternoon, there was green bean soup to cool down the heat, and there were souvenirs of sock-bottom pastries when leaving the hotel. The only downside is that the breakfast was too monotonous, more like a budget hotel. Parking is outside the ancient town, at your own expense, less than a 10-minute walk away. However, it was raining and hot, so I was a little sweaty dragging my luggage.

Well, what a wonderful homestay. The location is perfect being next to the famous twin bridges. There is no shortage of things to buy and see . The homestay itself is beautiful with a perfect mix of ancient architecture on the outside whilst being tastefully modern and contemporary on the inside. Every area is immaculately clean and the host /owner is wonderfully warm and friendly. No question is too much and she always recommended the best things to see and do. I will absolutly stay here many more times and I would recommend anyone who is visiting this magical town , to stay at this homestay. It was perfect 🥰 the homestay also has a resturant of the same name. And the food is amazing and authentic to the area. Some of the most delicious food I've eaten in China

The room is very nice, clean and tidy, and the overall environment is very comfortable. There is also a very romantic courtyard on the first floor, which is especially beautiful when the lights are turned on at night! The store also specially prepared an electric car to pick up and drop off customers at the parking lot, and it is very close to the entrance of the Shen Hall, which is very convenient! If I go to Zhouzhuang next time, I will probably choose his restaurant again.

I had such an amazing experience at this hotel! ☺️ Mrs. Zhang (张阿姨) was so warm and welcoming and the room was very charming. This hotel is in a great location and is a cool 500 feet or so from ZhouZhuang. Mrs. Zhang was one of best hosts I've ever met and made sure that I had a great stay at her hotel. ZhouZhuang was awesome! 👏

This is a new B&B with a very stylish design. The price is a bit higher than in Zhouzhuang. Although it has only been open for more than half a year, there is no decoration smell at all. I am quite sensitive to smells and I didn't smell anything. The breakfast is nutritious and well-balanced, and the dishes are beautifully presented, with both Chinese and Western food. The location is convenient for going to Shuangqiao. There is a shuttle to the entrance of the scenic area. The service of the hostess is very good. The lacquer fan is a good experience. I upgraded the room with Ctrip points. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Everything else is good.

It was a really great experience staying here. I loved it. The room was really clean and the facilities were all new. The owner was also very nice. He was afraid that we couldn't find it, so he personally went to the entrance to pick us up and helped carry our suitcases. We stayed in a room with a small courtyard on the first floor. The courtyard was very carefully decorated and very beautiful. The B&B is not far from the river, so it is very convenient to go out and play. It is not on the street and there is no noise. If I come here again, I will definitely book this B&B again.

The hotel is at perfect location of the ancient town, well decorated and large rooms with beautiful view directly to the canal. We book a duplex room which is perfect for 4 persons, with a big balcony which is very chill to sit there drinking tea and watch nice view surrounding. The host is very friendly and helpful. Especially there is a family restaurant at opposite site, owner is the hotel host's sister, you can taste all the best food of Zhouzhuang here in a family like atmosphere. We have travelled from Shanghai to Wuzhen, then from Wuzhen to Zhouzhuang, also spend a day to Suzhou which is about 50 minutes by car from Zhouzhuang, among all these places we find Zhouzhuang is the best water ancient town, it is a must visit place if you like the water ancient towns in China.

Hotel is situated inside the gates of Zhouzhuang. It's a beautiful mix of ancient architecture and modern conveniences. Our experience with the day time staff of three young girls was exceptional and unparalleled. I've stayed at hotels that cost several times that of this one and never had such amazing service. They were very friendly, always ready to assist and smiled everytime we walked by. Always doing everything within their power to accommodate us. Their names are, 一夏, 三七 and 小赵. Definitely recommend this place for a great experience and great value!

The room is located on the second floor of the B&B. When I booked, the area was about 35 square meters. I realized that the sun room at the door should be included when I arrived, but the table in the sun room was covered and the stool was dirty, so it was basically useless. As a result, the actual area is quite small, estimated to be only 15-20 square meters. There is carpet in the room. I didn't pay attention to this when I booked. I usually don't choose a room with carpet when I have a baby, because the carpet is really dirty. And there is only one toothbrush in the toiletries in the room, and the other is an unpacked package. I feel that the cleaning is a bit sloppy. Because I bring a baby, the consumption of napkins in the room is relatively large. I asked the aunt to get two packs. She gave it to me, but muttered a few times that the napkins are fixed in each room😓 Talk about the advantages. There is a bathtub in the house and a rocking chair outside the door (quite clean), and the baby is very happy. The location of the B&B is good. It is located in the center of the scenic area. It is close to the ferry, Nanhu Qiuyue Garden, and the light and shadow exhibition area. If you are tired of going out at night, you can go back to the B&B in a while. It is also close to several popular restaurants, making it convenient for dining.
