The front desk staff are friendly and courteous. The room is large and clean. There is no need to separate the wet and dry toilets. The breakfast room is bright and spacious. Parking is very convenient. After registration, you can come and go at will. It is good for business trips or tourist accommodation.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

I came here to play before and wanted to book this hotel, but it was fully booked. This time I made a reservation in advance and was quite satisfied with the stay. I had a lot of luggage and the housekeeper came to help me with it as soon as possible. The guest rooms offer different fragrances and bath gels. The environment is very good, the stay is very comfortable, and the hygiene is also good. Most importantly, I was impressed by the service. The waiter would take the initiative to say hello. The service during the stay was quite good. I like the rural scenery very much. The hot pot for dinner was very filling and tasted good. It is recommended for parent-child travel!

They contacted me on the morning of check-in and specifically told me how to navigate to the B&B (first navigate to the Zhouzhuang Town People's Government, and then navigate to the B&B). When I arrived, the location was right, but the car couldn't drive there. I called the proprietress to guide us. , very close, just a turning distance, and parking spaces are arranged. After checking in, I was given fruit and reminded that they had small wontons for breakfast. We wanted to taste local breakfast in the scenic area, and the boss lady recommended a breakfast spot (Xin Zhenyuan Su-style fried prawns), which was indeed delicious. The room is very clean. There is a partition between the two beds. It is good to accommodate three generations of grandparents and has privacy. I really like the layout with a balcony. At this temperature, it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony. The equipment is complete and new. The Shiba Inu in the B&B likes to play with people, but it’s best not to pet it as soon as you come up to it, as it will make it unhappy. The boss lady said that she should play with it for a while first, and then try to stroke it when it gets used to it. When you go out and pass the small bridge, you will reach the scenic spot more than 200 meters away, which is very convenient! Before leaving, the landlady also gave me local shortbread, which was very thoughtful! If you come to Zhouzhuang, this is the right place to stay!

Clean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night. A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting . Owner is also very nice and friendly.

Room has an ageing look with dusts, bathroom is a bit mouldy. We came during winter and the room was like a chiller and took some time to warm up. The owner arranged his staff to pick us up on foot from a meeting point outside the ancient town as cars aren’t able to enter. However, his staff didn’t lead us back to the same pick up point even if had requested for help. We lost our way and thankfully my car driver was able to locate us. We booked a room for 4 but amenities were arranged for 2 only. We have to request for extra from bathroom items to pillows. Will consider other modern guests houses at the edge of the water village for the same price.
