"The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hirafu Welcome Center. The staff will contact us by email in advance, and the pick-up is very convenient and on time! There is a locker for ski equipment on B1, which is a real skiin-out. B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon. There is a very convenient supermarket Hirafu188 nearby, and it is not far to Lawson. Breakfast can be solved in your own kitchen. Everything is good!"

"The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory!
For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort. If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used)

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest.
The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window!

"The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful."

Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. YYokiBooked Shancui half a year in advance. All aspects of the hotel make people feel very comfortable. First of all, the location is excellent. It is 300 meters away from the tourist center. If the bus goes there, it is no problem to walk there even if you have luggage. It is all downhill. The hotel also has a car to pick up. The room I stayed in faced Mount Yotei and the other room faced the birch forest in the ski resort. The scenery was great. The sanitation was in place. One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.

Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.

GGuest UserI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

WWilfredo IIII love it here. Facing mt yotei took a lot kf pictures with it. Its the best for solo travellers might come back here. Although far from hirafu and hanazono ski but theres a shuttle going back and forth for free!! I love the breakfast buffet also. Worth the money.

IIvan JoshuaWe have always been a fan of NIKKO group of hotel. This is a new hotel. Very modern looking hotel and great facility. Lovely club lounge with a good range of F&B. Great place to chill. I love the gym. all the gym equipment are made with wood. makes the gym a very special place. Service staff is also amazing. Would love to shout out to F&B manager Mr Nay Win Q. Great hospitality from him. We 2 small issue with this hotel. Breakfast is great but even though the restaurant is not even 50% full; we requested for a cup of coffee; the staff replied that it's a buffet and we needed to get our own coffee. Didn't like this experience for a 5 star hotel. Lastly, we had an extra bed in our room unfortunately everything in the room only comes in 2 sets. A reflection of poor room service communication. As a whole I would still recommend this hotel.

Eenn36We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Taito (cute Japanese boy who speaks good english with a Thai accent! I mean this as a compliment). Was pleasantly surprised when he allowed us to check in even though we were 2 hours early. Shortly after entering our room, Taito personally knocked on the door to give us some items which my parents requested. He was also standing out there in the bright sun to say goodbye when we were loading our luggages into the rental car after checking out. I rate Taito's service and attitude: 5 Stars!!!
Room had a kitchen with full set of appliances, utensils and crockery. Fridge had drinks, juices, milk, butter, jam, and even sausages for cooking. And there was a basket with cereal, apples, banana and 2 loaves of bread for our breakfast needs.
Overall, this was a very nice and enjoyable stay.
The only gripe I have is that the hotel did not allow me to make any change to my dates (not sure why as it was late April and not peak ski-ing season), even though I offered to make another booking first before cancelling(have done this sort of arrangement with other hotels in Hokkaido so I know it's possible).
It would have been perfect if the hotel can offer some flexibility to their guests. After all, plans do change due to various reasons. Hope to be back in future and see that they're more flexible the next time round. Till then, thank you and cheers =)

AAnonymous UserI was lucky to be able to book a youth hostel for just over 1,000 yuan in Niseko during the peak season. The hotel is a youth hostel, with a room dedicated to ski equipment. Free pick-up can be booked at Kutchan Station, and there is a fixed free shuttle bus to the ski resort every morning. It is a bit far from the ski resort and the center of Hirafu, and it takes about 15 minutes by car to get there. There is a 711 opposite the hotel, which is quite convenient.

GGuest UserHinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!
