Spacious clean room and comfortable beds with sea view, very, nice and helpful staff especially the one speaking English (thanks for helping), free easy parking, very good half board meals, wonderful onsen inside room, reasonable room rate, will come back again for sure.

Near beach of Japan Sea relaxing atmosphere. Dinner and breakfast buffets are good quality. Staffs are nice, helpful and good at English.

Huge room right on the beach with an awesome private hot spring bath on the balcony. Staff were also very friendly and the buffet dinner and breakfast were surprisingly good! Would definitely recommend for a weekend away.

The receptionist and the staff at the restaurant were very kind. If you go by car, there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which is convenient.

The hotel faces the beach. When the weather is good, you can see the sunset from your room. It's great to watch the sunset while taking a bath! Dinner and breakfast are rich in content. Sukiyaki is provided for dinner, and the staff will replace the pot every time it is used up. However, it is not very convenient for wheelchair users. You have to walk up the stairs to the first floor at the ground reception to get to the elevator. The staff will also be very enthusiastic to help carry the luggage to the first floor. You need to pay attention to this when booking.

This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The only disappointing points were: 1. The sound of footsteps echoed from the room above, and the sound of the door opening and closing from the room next door echoed (maybe they were jumping around?). Even though I had heard about karaoke at the front desk and was told to do so, I was asked to leave within 10 minutes because I had forgotten to make another reservation. 3. When I checked out, the charge for a chuhai that I hadn't ordered was added to the bill. I noticed this and asked for a breakdown, but as a foreigner, it was difficult for them to understand. If possible, wouldn't it be better to show me the breakdown along with the price before paying? The food and the staff's service were very pleasant and I wanted to come back, but it was disappointing that it was followed by ② and ③.

The water from the washlet doesn't come out, it's awful. The windows are very dirty. The food was delicious.

It is suitable as a rest stop for long-distance travel. The rooms are equipped with a bath as standard, which is very comfortable. The hotel is close to the beach and you can go there anytime.

Clean and comfortable. I took an elderly person with me, so the stairs were difficult. Other than that, I was satisfied with the service and food. I think this is the best accommodation for beachgoers as it is easily accessible.

京丹後地方への一人旅でしたが、当日から雪で通行止めが多く辿り着けないと判断して連絡したところ、快く日付をずらして頂けました。館内はエレベーターもありますが、障害のある方には不便と思います。また館内の芳香剤は好き嫌いが分かれるところで私には合いませんでした。露天風呂の部屋に宿泊しましたが、掛け流しではないので、湯を張るのに時間も必要で、滞在中は1回しか利用しませんでした。この時期は露天風呂は寒いです。館内の露天風呂も故障中でした。2連泊しましたが、朝夕食は同じなので飽きますね。2日目には鯛のミゾレを提供頂き嬉しかったですけどね。やはり夏のシーズンが最高の宿かと思います。
