NIce hotel and get 10 Euro voucher which cleaning service is not necessary for me.

Location was good. Near the north exit of the main station. Opposite of the hotel was a bakery that opened early at 6am, good for early birds. Room was very clean, but toilet is a tad small. Self service for certain amenities such as boiling kettle, extra pillows, on a first come first serve basis. There is a mini bar at the lobby that provides free coffee and tea, with ample seating space. Overall a very comfortable stay!

The property is very clean and the breakfast is good. The pedestrian area is just a short walk away. Recommended.

The room is in the center of Munich, the location is good, and it is close to the subway station. However, the overall environment of the hotel is so-so, and the breakfast is so-so, which can only be considered barely edible. After all, in the city center, this price including breakfast is already cheap. However, I will not stay there next time because the light in the room is too dim, and the curtains are light-transmitting, which is not suitable for guests who require high sleep quality.

The location from the station is neither too close nor too far. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. Free ice, coffee, and tea are always available in the lobby. The room had air conditioning and was very comfortable. There is a refrigerator, but no microwave. There is only one elevator, so it may be best to allow plenty of time to check out in the morning.

I like to stay here every time I go to Munich, because this time I suddenly fell ill and couldn't check in. Although I had a hospitalization certificate, I contacted the hotel and said I couldn't cancel, which made me very disappointed!

Due to internal circumstances at the hotel, the hotel was changed to King's First Class Hotel instead of the hotel previously booked. I made a reservation with breakfast included, but the hotel told me that breakfast was not included. I called Trip.com, but they told me to wait 30 minutes and gave me 30,000 won in coins. I checked out immediately due to flight time. Please make sure this never happens again.
