Exceptional service! The front desk staff invited us to sit down first, took care of our luggage, offered turn-down service, and personally escorted us to our room. We were greeted with complimentary champagne 🍾 and fruit, along with a handwritten welcome card. This hotel truly focuses on providing attentive and personalized service.

The room facilities were decent, but the breakfast service was lacking and quite unsatisfactory. The restaurant supervisor's attitude was very cold, and I didn't feel the respect and service that should have been provided. All other services were quite good, though.

Unbeatable location! The rooms are quite spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous—picturesque at every turn. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Our suite this stay offered a superb view, and the scenery outside the window was absolutely delightful. The room's amenities were also of high quality; the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The overall service was impeccable; from check-in to check-out, every detail made us feel right at home. It was a fantastic experience.

Among all Park Hyatt hotels worldwide, the Kyoto location definitely stands out. Situated at the intersection of Ninen-zaka, this hotel excels in every aspect, from its design and decor to its service and dining – truly top-tier. Room 701 on the upper floor offers the most beautiful views of Yasaka Pagoda. The rooms are generously sized, featuring luxurious and elegant facilities with a Japanese wooden design. Everything, from the bed and pillows to the bathroom and furnishings, is of the highest quality. The spacious and beautiful bathroom includes several hidden wall closets for luggage storage. Staying here, I barely want to sleep; I just want to savor every single minute.

The location is incredibly convenient; you can just step out and start exploring. The hotel itself is very picturesque, so you don't even need to go elsewhere for photos. I stayed at the Capella on the third and fourth days, and while I liked both hotels, the Park Hyatt's location and views were superior!

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Kyoto. Despite a minor issue early on, the team resolved it quickly, kindly, and generously, demonstrating the high standards of service expected from a Park Hyatt. The Pagoda Suite was breathtaking, with stunning views and impeccable attention to detail. It felt like being in a forest overlooking the entire city of Kyoto and the Yasaka Pagoda. Special thanks to Housekeeping Manager Mr. Kai, Mr. Yo, and Mr. Ivan for their warm service and professionalism. Our experience was truly delightful, and we look forward to returning.

The location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions, but there's no shuttle service. I'd recommend taking a taxi to and from the hotel, otherwise it's hard to manage luggage on the crowded public buses. When I visited, the Gion Festival was happening, and public transport in the area was mostly shut down, so I had to rely on walking everywhere. The environment is beautiful and peaceful, a quiet oasis in the bustling city. They do offer Chinese-speaking staff, but it's hit or miss; I didn't encounter any during my check-in, though there was a lovely lady in the restaurant who spoke fluent Chinese. Breakfast is relatively extensive, but it's not a pure buffet. There's a menu, though it's not complicated. They usually ask what you'd like to drink first, then take your order. For first-time guests, it's a good idea to ask a Chinese-speaking staff member to explain the menu in detail.

It's been a while since I last visited Kyoto, and this time I stayed at the Park Hyatt. I was initially worried it might be too 'influencer-hyped,' but I ended up being extremely satisfied. The location, decor, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. I was particularly impressed by the design and material choices – truly ingenious. Online reviews often recommended room 308 for the Ninen-zaka Suite, and I had requested it in advance. However, I was given 208 upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing at first. But after staying there, I actually felt 208 might be better for summer, offering more privacy and a balcony with pleasant greenery that was easy on the eyes. The teppanyaki was decent, nothing exceptional but perfectly fine. The Ninen-zaka Suite itself was a bit on the small side, but the comfort level was outstanding.

Really liked it! A satisfying hotel, stayed for half a month, and will definitely come back in the future. It's convenient and comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, they helped me resolve an issue. My booking was split into several parts, and they managed to link them all together for me.

The hotel is a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The rooms are cozy, and the service is impeccable. There was a Chinese-speaking staff member who was incredibly nice and helped us with our check-in. All the hotel staff were warm and polite; everything was just perfect. Personally, I found it more comfortable than staying at an Aman, and it's a hotel I'll always look forward to. Oh, and although the Japanese restaurant is Michelin-starred, the Western restaurant on the first floor also offers excellent food, especially the lobster pasta – it's exactly to my liking.

I really like Park Hyatt; the service has always been great. I stayed here last October too. My main issue this time is that the breakfast doesn't seem as good as it used to be.
