Smile Hotel Kyoto karasmagojo Reviews

Everything was good. I liked breakfasts a lot because they are more European than in other hotels in Japan where I have stayed. Probably, the absence of cleaning could be the problem for someone staying there for longer period of time, but for me it was ok.

It is a newly opened hotel, very new and clean. The bathroom is a little small, the room is a little narrow, the bed is so well made that the body is pressed against the wall when walking sideways. The location is good, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from Kyoto Station with luggage, and it is next to the subway station. There are buses at the door that can go to Nanzenji Temple, Eikan-do Temple, Ginkaku-ji Temple, and Philosopher's Path. It is very convenient to walk to Kiyomizu Temple in 20 minutes, just right for a walk after dinner.

The front desk staff were very polite and the location was great as it was close to the station! I also liked that I could choose my pillow and there were many amenities to choose from. I'd like to use this hotel again.

The location is good. The downstairs is the entrance of the subway station. The room size is moderate. The breakfast included is very good, and the taste of the breakfast is also very good. There are different types of breakfast every day, which is very thoughtful.
