Very nice hotel with a great location next to a lake. Swimming Pool, sauna and gym are free to use. Breakfast was amazing. You do have to pay for parking but parking on the street was free.

Pleasant location and reasonable value for money. Perfect for a short stay as a business traveler, but also a pleasant location not far from Berlin for a family holiday.

Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right by the lake. Underground parking is expensive at 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced before is that you have to pay 6 euros per day for the hotel's own swimming pool as a hotel guest. Room is small (but clean), closet too small for 2 people. Breakfast offers little choice. It would also be nice to have buffet signs everywhere.

Location in nature, forest and lake. Very large and anonymous. Lots of families, as it is child-oriented. Staff mediocre in friendliness.

Rooms well equipped, service staff and all the staff very attentive and very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Always happy to come back

Unfortunately, the staff in the restaurant/at breakfast were more concerned with the guest - leaving on time (when I entered I was told that I would be arriving 10 minutes before breakfast ended. I just shouldn't say later that I didn't know that) - or not disturbing anyone (my husband wanted lunch and there was no staff to greet him. So he sat down at an unreserved table himself. The staff came and said that he was doing everything wrong and couldn't sit there. When I asked why and how he was doing it right, the answer was not particularly nice. But he was allowed to stay seated). A third not so nice experience: When I asked about the business center listed on Trip.com for working on a laptop, my husband had to pay 100 euros for 1 day - it was probably confused with a meeting room. The evening before, reception said that he could also sit in the empty restaurant. When he wanted to do this in the morning, the restaurant staff denied this. Unfortunately not such a nice stay for us.

Unfortunately, the hotel's best years are behind it. The cleaning ladies apparently cannot bend and stretch. And the lack of service is excused by a lack of staff. After a short rain shower and then the weather is nice again, the outdoor area is no longer used. (Statement: no staff to wipe chairs) The few staff are nevertheless mostly very friendly and accommodating. Food... well.... You should really expect something different for this price category. Wholesale market sausage and the same breakfast offer every day quickly put a damper on the desire for a great start to the day. Overall, it's a shame that you get the impression that this property is slowly going to the dogs. Last but not least....booking a room through any online provider (when you call the hotel you are told that direct booking is not possible) leads to extreme prices. €240 for one night, with a breakfast that really leaves a lot to be desired, is ultimately just sad.

Arrival in the underground car park, the entrance is very difficult with larger cars, and the parking spaces are not really suitable for large cars. We had booked a superior room, but unfortunately we didn't have time to inspect the room when we arrived because we had an appointment, so we just brought our suitcases into the room and then immediately left the hotel. We didn't get back to the hotel until late at night, when we noticed what kind of room we had been given (room 220), no air conditioning and the shabby furnishings exuded the "charm" of the 70s from the GDR era. The room had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures on the hotel website, in my opinion it's almost fraudulent to advertise like that and deliver differently. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues, we didn't have time to discuss the complaint at reception, as this is beyond the competence of the staff and the management is only available again on Monday. We went to breakfast on Saturday at 9:15 a.m., there were no more croissants at this time, when I asked an older gentleman with glasses, he rudely told me: "I don't have any more" and referred me to raisin rolls! The buffet was no longer completely refilled and the quality was no more than average. Conclusion: there are much better hotels and also at a lower price, we will definitely not be coming back.
