Unfortunately, the floor wasn't clean and it hadn't been dusted for a long time. The pull out sofa was full of cushions sand and hair. A shame would be a nice place.

House is reasonably furnished. Is dated. Could be modernized and there is deferred maintenance. Shower could also have refurbishment. No WiFi and no air conditioning. Fan broken. Further house smells musty so better ventilation will be good for the house.
