Had a horrible time getting the temperature up in there. Would only go to 69. Changed on the thermostat and it locked in at 72, but it would not kick in. Set temperature was 72 and room temperature 69 on the wall by the door (much cooler heater the window). Desk offered to bring extra blanket, but didn't help much. Shower was also filthy. I wiped down and cleaned up what logged like a rust color in the shower stall. Also a Cheeto on the floor š

Walking distance of downtown. We had a room next to equipment room and it was so noisy starting at 5:30 am that we couldnāt sleep.

We tried to check in no one at desk had to leave and come back. No onsite parking. They had ramp coupon to park, desk clerk said, but there was no one at desk to get one from so we had to pay for parking. No resturant on site.

We had toilet problems and asked for a plungerā¦20 minutes later we still did not have one and the toilet was overflowing onto the floor rapidly. We called again and the manager was angry no one had delivered one yet, so then a maintence man shows up to clean it, but just mops things up with dirty cloths. He leaves and there is still water, chunks of toilet paper all over the floor, and dirty rags left. We reported it and the manager apologized and sent someone to clean it up correctly and sanitize. The rooms over all were run down and not cleaned well (q tips and trash between furniture). It was very disappointing for a holiday inn!

Pool was not working , hot tub was ok. Shower temps kept going cold and hot. Had to wait quite awhile to check in at the front desk, there was no one around.

Front Staff was kind of rude when trying to check in early. Bathroom downstairs was dirty, room was okay but so loud to outside noise.

I was warned about this hotel. Moved 3 times because of dirty rooms. Make sure you keep checking your credit card on file. Mine was charged even after paying in full upon checkout. Still waiting for the refund 3 phone calls and a month later. If it wasnāt for the location, this hotel would never be used. Totally unacceptable.

The rooms were average found a hair clip from someone else in room, there was a stream of water running from the shower to the refrigerator. Had to wait 20 minutes before the shower got hot. The bar was extremely expensive. Went for coffee in lobby in the morning and it was empty.

Our room was freezing, after turning the heat on and running it for hours the warmest it got inside our room was 71 degreesā¦ with it being -8 degrees outside.. for a $240 room this is ridiculous. Tried warming up with an hot shower and the water was ANYTHING but hot, it was lukewarm at best. Also, there was zero parking for our truck and trailer we were hauling. We had to pay to park in a lot 4 blocks away.
