Every time I go to palm spring, I stay in this hotel. There are refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, induction cookers, pots, dishes, knives, chopping boards, and cups in the room. There is no problem with cooking. My favorite is the sofa bed. It can also sleep two people when it is pulled out. There is also a free breakfast every day. The breakfast is a bit simple, but it is also delicious.

The staff are mice and welcoming. However we stayed there for 3 nights and we did not get house keeping service. We had to change our own bedding. When we asked, we were told there Re only two employees for housekeepers. That is not something customers should be concerned about. We paid for full service and we should get full service.

I hope a housekeeper had at least removed hairs and made bed. Otherwise we satisfied with staying. Convenient location and breakfast stand..

I highly recommend this hotel. Seems newly constructed. Great location, nice staff, large rooms and very clean. I will be coming back here again.

When we arrived, they were a tad busy but very efficient. Once I was checked in and went to my room, I found out it was a double which I had reserved a king. When I called the front desk, they told me because I had booked with the third-party that it was what I had to work with. So I pulled up my reservations. Made sure I had booked a king room 670 feet. I went back to the front desk and explained the situation. The young lady was very courteous and found me another room with a king bed.. it was a regular king and I had specifically asked for the 670 foot king room. So, I went back down to the desk and explained the situation again and she found an accessible room with a king on the first floor. So we accepted it. But other than that the atmosphere was great, the staff was very friendly and courteous at all times. The hotel is very clean and orderly. We had no more incidents and enjoyed the rest of stay.

The guy checking us in on Friday evening 8/25 was great. Rooms were clean, spacious, and simple. We enjoyed the location on Hwy 111, as there a ton of eateries and shops.
