the girl in reception Khadija was really welcoming,adorable ,effecient . She warmly welcomed us with a smiling face , she treated us like a family, she upgraded our room free of cost to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable . i always choose this hotel bcz of friendly staff specially khadija. Location is very good

Interior renovation is old and worn in guest room. Food quality (breakfast) especially western food is not up to standard but dinner in Chinese restaurant is good.

I have commented before, this time it is an extended stay, it’s okay to stay for a week, but the network is poor

Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.

A very pleasant stay all-round. The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

The Ramada room is still very good, the main service is very good. If there are more charging sockets in the double room, it would be fine. I stayed in 4 hotels + 1 homestay in Lahore for 20 days. Ramada is the hotel with the highest quiet index in the living environment. The restaurant can also eat food that meets the Chinese stomach. THE NISHAT HOTEL I don't mention it (the one upstairs in the Emporium shopping mall of Jonisha Hotel), fake 5-star decoration materials and sound insulation are everywhere to show what is called fake 5 stars, and I asked me to collect money. The breakfast included is not as good as a Samsung hotel, and the background music is ugly and noisy. The 4-star Nisha Hotel in the city center is still good, at least the TV looks the coolest. My evaluation is very objective, I hope that the guests will not go wrong.

The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe single room for free, but there were guests staying in the hotel talking outside in the corridor all night, which was a bit noisy.

Very good hotel, very new, very clean, the food also very good and very nice!
