Stayed here with a family of 5 in December. All the staffs were kind and whenever we asked for help, they had immediate response and were extremely helpful. I used an indoor pool and gym, which were well managed and most importantly clean. We also had a breakfast which consisted of Turkish traditional cuisine and wide range of dishes to choose from. So good that I looked forward to waking up every morning. Grabbing a taxi was easy here but if you’re aiming to tour with a public transportation like bus and metro, you might have to walk +15mins. All in all, operations are smooth, and the facilities are maintained to a very high level. Thanks for the unforgettable times.

I had disastrous accommodation booking and decided to look around the area to find a place to move to. So happy to find this gem of a hotel who accommodated me with early check in and also did their best to meet my requests. Location is ideal and the views from my room were spectacular day and night. Thank you to all the staff in rooms division. The hotel is still fairly new so the resto isn't set up yet. Breakfast was great. I ended my stay with hammam and Balinese massage. Will stay here again.

My stay at Four Sided Hotel Şişli was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel made the experience memorable and enjoyable. I had a great stay with Jaff Hotels! The room was impeccably clean and with a lot of daylight. The shower pressure and water temperature were great, which isn’t always the case in Istanbul. The hotel is conveniently located - just steps away from the Osmanbey metro station and Nişantaşı, an area which is great for shopping and eating out. The staff are just the best! Good hotel location. Big and beautiful room. Though toilet size is small. Poor pressure from rain headshower and no place to hang showerhead above the head. No glass to put toothbrush. No proper place to put clean tower except at below sink which is near to the floor (kinda dirty to put it there). FYI, This hotel only has 1 lift and long queue time especially during breakfast time.
Almost got kicked out of my room (standard room) and changed to economy room by Weingart management due to some events and prolly not enough room for them, eventhough I have booked way early, however, trip.com has assisted me to maintain my room after a long consultation. Big thumbs up by trip.com customer service.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying at Karakoy area and wont be facing the same issue as above from their management.

The hotel is conveniently located on a side street, approximately 8 minutes' walk from Osmanbey metro station. The hotel has a personal and private atmosphere. I was welcomed by friendly staff and given a room on the second floor. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped for business travellers. Last year the cappuccino wasn't tasty...hasn't changed, still doesn't taste good 😀 but there are plenty of other alternatives.
Nevertheless, it is a very good hotel where the staff should be mentioned that they do everything to satisfy the hotel guests.

GGuest UserPerfect location for everything we walked everywhere as the main attractions and bazaars were within 5 mins walking. Left was Hagia Sofia. Palace etc, right were bazaars...straight down was the sea. The hotel was lovely, and breakfast had everything I liked and more. The view from the top was amazing; you could see all across Istanbul.
Our room was very clean, and we even had soothing music in the bathroom, which was a really nice touch.
I gave 4 stars for amenities because although the hotel has a spa, I was really hoping for a hammam experience and unfortunately it was mixed. If they offered an hour or even part of the day for ladies only, this hotel would be an absolute winner.
One small downside was that our taxi couldn’t drop us off or pick us up directly outside the hotel, so we had to walk about 3 minutes.
That said, the area felt very safe we walked out at 10pm as two women and felt completely comfortable. There’s even a police station right opposite the hotel!
Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort
The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards.
