Place is old and has had some work done, but not very professional and needs much more.
It's off the beaten path, close to airport, but planes were going well into the night.
Best thing about the place: the dinner at the resturant/hotel across the street (which also seemed to be only place nearby).

Property manager was friendly and helpful at check in, but the place itself was not clean (crumbs on table, mold in shower, I spotted a cockroach, etc). The water in the bathroom would not get above a tepid temperature. I was also charged a "cleaning fee" upon arrival that was not part of the price quoted on **********. The place is conveniently located for the airport and is within a 10 minute walk of the beach and several dining options.

my friend and I were at the beginning of June, we are very satisfied with the service of the hosts, as well as the apartment. our outbound flight was delayed, and the kind host gave us a free extra night. they were at your service throughout our stay. the app is in a great location, close to Mackenzie beach as well as the public transport stop. all recommendations

Microwave oven hardly works. Tv with no plug. Place lacks electric sockets for charging mobile, etc...

MY STAY RATING IS OF ONE DAY STAY. IT IS A PLEASANT EASY TO FIND NAERLY 5/10 MIN FROM AIRPORT. BEACH AND RESTURANTS 7/10 MIN WALK.THE OWNER IS GREAT AND HELPFULL THE APARTMENT IS CLEAN BUT THE TOILET AND KITCHEN NEEDS RENOVATION AND THE BALCONY IS GREAT FOR EVENING RELAXATION. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE.

I lived here for six months; due to the overheated rental market and high prices, there wasn’t much choice. Damaged equipment, old renovation, non-working plumbing, thin walls, narrow and steep stairs, no security - the door downstairs and to the roof is always open. Theft is rampant here. CCTV cameras downstairs are props. Noise from airplanes, construction sites around and neighbors. A manager named Bassima is committing fraud by not returning the deposit even though this is not stated in the contract. The only plus is the proximity to the beach and lake.
